I mean the finnish and Hungarian sub tree both have vehicles in different lines or the other way around, excluding SPAA for ground trees (because those will obviously be in different lines).
Also when I checked on the dev server the Sea fury was definitely dutch.

Also, the plane is a straight up copy paste of the british variant so my guess is that they just added the dutch skin and they rushed the addition of the plane making a mistake on the flag and the line.
