The Tranche 1 bl 5 was the first variant with expanded air to ground weaponry, not the Tranche 2 bl 10.
To be fair i dont think it matter as we could use Gripens as exaples. A2G capability on A version pretty much didnt existed yet we still have GBU on it
Im fairly certain it was Tranche 2 that added any meaningful A2G. Got sources that say otherwise?
I saw one a few months ago that said the Tranche 1 bl 5 can use early Paveways, however I don’t have it on hand. I’ll have a look to see if I can find it.
What?
Of all the things shown today in the teaser the Typhoon still pops up
You do know that you just argued against Swiss jets by saying a British jet does the job instead?
Im fairly certain things like Tpod intergration was later. Might have been done with buddy lasing.
Muhahaha
I explain to you how tech trees work as you must be new here.
They are represations of a nations TOE (Table of equipment)
Thios means anything that was at one time part of a nations arsenal is in the teach tree.
Funky protypes are in general premiums.
Its not dice roll its not wish list its not a cry list becaus ethe other guys have somthing i want it.
If it was not in your nations TOE it is not belonging in there.
Here is a list of stuff List of military aircraft of Germany - Wikipedia for air.
The hawker seahawk was in trhe german TOE and it was doing that stuff that that swiss thing is pretending to do.
Now let me explain to you subtrees. If nations has massive gaps that the nation can not fill because they did nto bother to fill those holes in there TOE then a sub nation may make sense.
Germany is of the few nations that is realy in no need for any subnation as it can draw from domestic vehicles, from teh west from the east and from protoypes.
This guy is certainly interesting.
what?
now I have one complaint… those are PL-5s on the J-10A… which to my knowledge it literally never used, it’s always used PL-8s or newer…
Edit: S tier screenshot btw
Fine then, Im more than happy to have the Hunter F58. Its the aircraft Britain was asking for for years.
But it was German mains that wanted:
- Argentina
- Switzerland
- Spain
- Turkey
- Denmark
- BeNeLux
- Austria
- Poland
- Czech republic
and probably quite a few more that @Deathmisser can confirm if ive missed. So that they could get better top tier aircraft as a stopgap to the Typhoon.
Britain is in a much worse place right now with Indian Soviet aircraft being added. At least Switzerland uses quite a few German export vehicles.
Probably for balance, quite a few jets have this
imma be honest PL-5E IIs (the missile the JF-17 seems to have, and used IRL) scare me far more than PL-8Bs
The PL-8B isn’t better than the R-73, though, so that argument doesn’t make sense.
Why’s that?
Canada because leo’s
Austria-hungary for the ships
