With the addition of more powerful SAM systems a buff to certain helicopters would be benificial to make them more playable in game. 2 US helis currently in game can get the Leonardo Distributed Aperture Infrared Countermeasure(DAIRCM) system also classified as AN/AAQ-45(V).
How it works: DAIRCM has a central laser with 4 sensors and controlling processor. The sensors detect incoming missiles and sends the threat info to the processor which in turn makes the best decision and directs the infrared laser energy via fiber optics to the sensors to dazzle the incoming missile. The singular laser can feed all of the sensor/beam directors.
How effective would it be: If added it will be the newest and most advanced IRCM system in game and it should reflect that. It will easily be able to counter IRIST, TY90s, and all other advanced IR missile in game. A good base to go off of is it will be somewhat to significantly more effectice than the mi28s IRCM. This will give the AH1Z and AH6 enhanced survivability in the increasingly hostile enviorment of top tier.
Ok “person”, tell me. How is 1 side getting a fantasy missile shield, when it very easily could be added to most of the current end of line helicopters not a form of bias?
Or the fact that for “some reason” it doesn’t work anything close to how it would IRL.
Situation even scarier for me : i flying on UHT. See Z-10ME. I try to use pars or atas. Nothing happens because i can’t even lock it. I was completely defensless
“The red side” is exist only in sim and sim is quite inbalanced how many time has needed to add something that could protect Red side tanks agains’t helis in 8.3-10.3 ? Or for top airsim to Red side have fighting chance ? So what he said is nonsense if he can’t shoot down 2 helis using most lazy weapon in the game he can get over it there are plenty of thing that can shoot down DIRCM carriers.
How interestingly rules work insulting some one is not rule breaking.
And you are an expert ? You showed nothing but prejudices and loathing even now
