I see no problem with It, whats your point

he probably gets different results due to the region he lives in

you say that is the army flag but why not using the actual flag?

It will replace the previous Taiwan flag

War Thunder’s removal of the ROC (Taiwan) flag option is clearly unfair. It wasn’t about gameplay or history—it was about politics. A small but loud group of Chinese players reacted irrationally, turning a simple customization feature into a political issue.

Instead of standing for fairness and historical accuracy, the developers gave in to pressure. This kind of hypersensitive, unreasonable behavior shouldn’t dictate what the rest of the global community can enjoy. Games should be about history and fun, not political censorship.

Just like the line in the Republic of China Air Force anthem, “Remember the martyrs and never forget the hardships of starting a business.” It’s ironic to see that today, in order to cater to some Chinese extremists, gaijin has deleted the flag of the anti-Japanese war, betraying the lives of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives.

No.

EDIT: Also, it’s hardly political in the first place.

Do you know that if it is really for historical reasons to restore this flag, no one has any objections (such as adding China 1911-1949 at the end of the flag), but once this flag is released, it will definitely be used by those with ulterior motives to do certain things (to avoid politics, I won’t say what it is). Therefore, if this flag cannot appear, we can only blame those who use it to do bad things. In addition, many people who post now are talking and talking about restoring history. I hope you are really trying to restore history instead of selectively restoring history

This is not a political post, this is a discussion about giving Taiwan/RoC the proper flag representation in the game. There is nothing political about that.
