You should move to other location once you destroy the CAS/UAV/scout drone because they know your location once you launcher you missile.
Not sitting in the exact same spot whole game is a pretty hefty demand for an SPAA player.
I watch his clips and Rapier against top tier jets is difficult but not impossible. It works against noobs and not against experience CAS players.

I actually went and tested with my F6F-5 a few days ago.
1 A.I SPAA is worth 180 score, meaning 2 SPAA gives you ~75% of maximum possible reward (400 score. 800 score gives you 92% and you cannot get higher than 92% even with 2650 score. I have receipts.)
Air sim also makes U.S props fare much better due to 3 hour long matches, 64x64 km or 128x128 km square maps, no markers and no instructor limits letting you pull max-performance turns if you’re good on the rudder and riding the edge of a stall to turn american planes into pretty good one circle fighters.
It would solve your complaints about getting shot at by SPAA (other than convoy SPAA. That thing is a monster under 10.7 or so), it would give you tanks to shoot without having to ever spawn in a tank and you’d get to finally enjoy the true potential of american props (or stall yourself repeatedly until your learn how to ride the edge of it.)

The fact that this post has 300 likes to 700 comments (already an insane ratio for a WT forum post) but also half of those comments are ppl protesting the change, and the other half are the same dozen or so CAS haters whining shows just how badly the WT community wants these changes cancelled.
Sadly, Gajin just doesn’t care and prefers to ruin the game for some reason.
These so called whiners are just calling you out on your wrong arguments on how this will affect the game. Newsflash. not as much as you think

That you for proving my point that the vast majority of users under this discussion are against the changes, and it’s just a few whiny CAS haters who think they’re the majority for some reason.
There have been 24 different people that have contributed to the thread. Go and see how many of these 24 individuals are for or against rhe changes please.

Lol. Scrolling through the first 100 replies, it’s pretty much just 4 or 5 ppl whining that CAS is OP (Sirin, Beeschurger, you) and then about a dozen other users saying it’s a terrible change.
Only real exception is Morvran who actually made a logical argument for the changes.
