Challenger 2 MBT - Technical data and Discussion (Part 1)

If you look in CR1 thread i posted a video that youll love

Thats simple, he drinks the earl gray and gains ability to summon shells into his hands

The ammo should be unchanged in location from CR1 except for the driver compartment.

Finding a photo from the gunner or commander side looking down though? Next to impossible. I’ve got ones for the loader which show the left giant box of ammo but not the right

Theres so many challenger threads, I reckon the chally is the most bug reported tank

I’m not surprised, given Gunjob’s even voicing his concerns…

Yeah its a pretty sorry state of affairs tbh

I imagine this is referring to the LFP, which was initially protected by ERA but later replaced with a single composite block

intresstingly this claims to be a megatron in 2009

Yes it is. It is the DT22AA, serial number of the tank known as MEGATRON. I would argue with the year

another side shot i found

It would be intressting to look what the markings on the barrel plug are, since on later photos of megatron they changed

also the wear of the number is heavier in later photos

This may be of interest - projectile stowage under the gun with what looks like charge stowage bins visible behind, assuming the turret is slightly rotated to the left

Is this from a Challenger?

the question is from chally 1 or 2

looks like a chieftain to me, ammo bins

chally 1 also had ammo bins
