Yes it is. It is the DT22AA, serial number of the tank known as MEGATRON. I would argue with the year
It would be intressting to look what the markings on the barrel plug are, since on later photos of megatron they changed
also the wear of the number is heavier in later photos
This may be of interest - projectile stowage under the gun with what looks like charge stowage bins visible behind, assuming the turret is slightly rotated to the left

chally 1 also had ammo bins
2 also has ammo bins, their shape, oh yea, the cr1 aslo has them the same shape
