CAS second spawn multiplier reduction

And then like AD2/4 will be useless, due to spawning a F4U.

That’s the benefit for those who have contributed. I’m not sure if you have play like Battlefield or COD, they have similar things, but for War Thunder, it is much easier to shoot them down, at all BR if you want. Selfish and gambling mentality causes are the main issue that causes CAS to power up, Nobody wants to spawn a fighter or SPAA, and wishes “I 'm not the next one.”

You will have at least 3 times by spawn SPAA or fighters to shoot down the CAS. A sacrifice is necessary; this is teamwork.

I often spawn a fighter but man I feel like I’m punching with noodle arms with the CLAWS against the new F&F weapons
The skill issue here is I thought AIM-120Cs would be usable within 10k.
4x AIM9x’s across 2 trucks is the only saving grace

Bro, that’s not your fault, US toptier SPAA is trash, I mean if we compare with other toptier SPAA like Russia/France/Germany, but it can still work to intercept large quantities of F&F agms.

I’m not sure if US only has this SPAA, but yeah, that’s Gaijin’s problem, which doesn’t give the US a good enough SPAA, which is also the other main issue why CAS is too powerful.

Only US has this SPAA, the AIM-9x are fictional. AFAIK
CLAWS was a marines program that only had 4x AIM-120s
SLAMRAAM was an army program with different goals and had the same manufacturer design that system that eventually got 2x AIM-9’s

But back to CAS, imo CAP jets (no bombs only missiles) are one of the BEST ways to counter CAS. Especially for the US where our jets themselves are the real life military’s AA solution. Plenty of times I’ve spawned in a CAS jet or Heli and someone is there to ruin my day.

They should remove this changes and keep as it was before. Now there is no point to research 2 different class of jets for grb and no point to buy extra crew slot. Or there should’t be x2 price cost if weapons on second cas is different (like first you used agm and on second jet spawn you use unguided rockets). This will motivate people to use different weapons, not only the op one.

If people could spawn a CAP (no bombs) jet to go kill enemy jets as easily as they can spawn AA I think the whole CAS meta would flip

Imagine MI-28NMs spawning and there’s already someone waiting to gank them.
Picking AA first to grind modules wouldn’t be boring because other players may first spawn CAP to establish air superiority.

I think incentivizing Air kills by raising the points gained would help with this. You’re dunking on a jet that has ~3x the point cost as a tank. You should get that reward.
