Can we encorouge people to play SPAA by increasing rewards?

You’re fixated on me because I’m replying, and you’re taking it as a personal mission to try change my stance for me, which I find to be contradictory to the purposes of a forum.

I’m just trying to understand you position. It’s impossible to have a discussion the way you’ve conducted it. Ceasing our interaction is probably for the best.

I want more SPAA in the tree, and cheaper SP costs for spawning them.

None of this eludes to anything to do with the spotting system.

I was one of the first people to satrt calling ‘air’ in matches, to the point that people would be all ‘What?’ in chat and debating it like they were confused.

I’m fine with discussions, I’m not fine with having my statements made for me, as you were doing.

You went out of your way to say we conflict here, despite being in general agreement.

I will not continue this as it was clear from the outset that you were fixated on proving a point, and making someones statement, I merely made this statement to clarify my ACTUAL stance.

More SPAA options would definitely help a bit. But if people don’t want to play SPAA as AA, making it cheaper doesn’t help encourage that behaviour at all. SPAA is already quite cheap to spawn.

People cry that they don’t play SPAA because they die too easily and can’t function… This is indicative in the Tank only threads that plague the forums.

But here we are, drawn into debate by your statements… Again, I find you fixated, and merely for all the wrong reasons… Trying to MAKE discussion, to try and play games.

They can go back to arcade if they want such a mechanic as you want to put forth.

I’m not understanding how making it cheaper to spawn resolves the issues people have with SPAA.

It’s not such a waste of SP to spawn them, and it would make it more appealing to actually try use them.

When they use them more, they’ll get better at them. ‘GIT GUD SCRUB!’

Makes sense, makes it a bit easier to use the SPAA to get back a tank if they still have those avail but not the spawn points to bring them.
But it’s not particularly encouraging them to use it as AA, if they struggle to deal with planes and don’t enjoy that aspect they’re quite likely to just rush points / look for kills or assists to get back to tanks.

You shouldn’t be straying far from the tanks in the first place as the planes are going to line up on them, so they’re your best bait.

Whilst you shouldn’t be sitting ‘in’ amongst the tanks, you are better off being close to them for this fact.

It all comes back to inexperience and errors in usage.

Oh yes, let me just use my non-existant to hunt some tanks while I wait.

And so what if they buff the Rewards for AA/SPAA and now to many spawn into those when most AA Vehicles are entirely useless for anything else but Anti Air?

Increase bomb explosion time. It’s not ideal but it’s something …

That’d just let you sweat more before dying. It also doesn’t encourage the use of SPAA.

I’ve always considered putting the max timer on a large bomb, to see how peeved people would be at having that still get them…

I think Gaijin decreased the area of effect of the bomb after it explodes, so combining the increase in explosion time with the area of effect of the explosion

We don’t need unrealistic timers, and the explosion radius could easily be a bug that no-one has reported due to some always having trouble getting good hits with bombs cross-patches at times.

The bomb dropping, and forcing a timer, is an arcade mechanic, and isn’t realistic.
