Based upon my experience with Rodney when she was new (still havent even started grinding KGV yet, so cant comment on her) Probably will be the worst for a good month or 2 due to just shockingly bad implementation

5x 5 inch/38 Mk.12 cannon, mount Mk.30, 2x quad 49mm, 12x single 20mm. Basically a fat Fletcher class with even more spray n pray AA. Plus we don’t yet have any Danae class in game yet so it would be brand new type with room to grow sideways.
