The 4crh penetration is slightly reduced on dev server from what it is on production, but still looks a bit overperforming though. The other shells remain the same (no change to drag)
BTW, the 15" receives a significant buff on its accuracy, as the vertical spread angle reduces from 0.4 to 0.34. As reference on liver server Scharnhorst is 0.32 and Alaska is 0.38.

well she had a brief visit to the pacific but not force Z which was when prince of wales and repulse sank which was early in the war
