Patch notes show the new reload for Rodney is going to be 35 seconds. Which is about 1.7rpm. So they didnt even pick one of the options from the report. Despite 2prm being in the chart and very clearly what you could expect from regular gameplay. Full salvos and spotting done by the ship board fire control. They instead seem to have pulled a number out of thin air. Unbelievable.

The 4crh penetration is slightly reduced on dev server from what it is on production, but still looks a bit overperforming though. The other shells remain the same (no change to drag)
BTW, the 15" receives a significant buff on its accuracy, as the vertical spread angle reduces from 0.4 to 0.34. As reference on liver server Scharnhorst is 0.32 and Alaska is 0.38.

What can you say about the Japanese 356mm and 410mm main caliber? Have they corrected their accuracy? Because they have the same problem

well she had a brief visit to the pacific but not force Z which was when prince of wales and repulse sank which was early in the war
