IJN Ise can’t be in her 1944 form because she is currently in her 1941 form.
HMS Glorious can’t be in her carrier refit as she is currently in her battlecruiser form.

I’m sure adding a flight deck on top wouldn’t be so bad just a remodel, slap her in the same rank.
If we can get some cold War vessels in Rank 9 would we be able to add the Amazon Class Type 21 frigate and the Broadsword class Type 22 frigate in please.
Since HMS Whitby is a early cold war light frigate its a start.

Let’s see as Olivia’s leak doesn’t always saids about vehicle that is right on update. Especially no BR and no place written, I highly doubt that vehicle is on this update.
As usual Olivia leak, I’ll just read as ‘yeah developers starts designing Project 23’
I’m more concerned on coastal change. Though I have all of the vehicle that saids to be removed, new ships stated as replacement were quite shocking.

well i just dont like the fact they are planing to add a ship they could not have constructed to design specks
I don’t think they could not have construct. And also, ‘could not’ have various reason, politic, money, technology, etc. In those logic, Britain cannot also get Lion class, some of ships ingame, aside from Kronshtadt, should be removed.
I don’t think it is good choice for both game and British tech tree to remove ‘unable to comission’ ship. Especially British tree will also rely heavily on them in the end(Lion class and G3 class)
have we been given the rules for un completed ships and how completed they need to be to get added/considered
Any ship of ‘laid down’ can be in game, and is in game.
For pure paper-plan, forum discussion is possible if they have unique ‘part’ that really made, but none of them were in game currently.
so can the h39’s get added with only 800 Tones of steel and 40 Tones of steel laid down

Introducing the battleship Sovetsky Soyuz before the battleships Yamato, Bismarck and Iowa… This is a complete failure.
The Sovetsky Soyuz will be the best battleship in the game due to its paper tactical and technical characteristics. It cannot be introduced now! If it is introduced only after those ships that I listed above
Otherwise, it will rather be the death of the entire fleet

It’s because old shell is currently has shell velocity higher than historical. If shell velocity got corrected, it would be 422 mm at 10 km, making 75 mm difference.
