Not only those planes that only have fox1 should be lowered, but every fox3 capable plane should instead be moved up to 13.3. It makes zero sense that F14, harriers, kfir etc have a lower battle rating when they can fire fox3 missiles. No matter what, a fox3 plane is always superior to a fox1 plane.
@Play_Dude every time this topic is brought up, american fanboy swarm it to say how fair the game actually is, then you check, their stats, as you did, and they only play one side, the blue side, that wins 90% of the games. Every player that plays both sides knows how much more powerful blue planes are generally speaking. Among the (few) problems of this game, two of the worst offenders are the a-10c and the f-14, but go and try to explain it to people that believe that fox1 missiles can be in any way compared to fox 3 missiles.

We should get proper EC brackets first and only then discuss Battle Ratings. I don’t care if any of the mentioned aircraft are at 13.0 13.3 as long as we get 2 days per a cycle of rotation when they don’t have to face 14.0.
Indeed the brackets are weird, 12.3 and 13.3 never get their own top rooms
