Yeah, this is another post about BMPT’s, but hear me out, it’s going way too far, this thing is absolutely overpowered, dual 30mm cannons with APDS that somehow pens abrams, 4 atakas and armor from star wars, for me there’s two options: 1. Nerf it to 12.7, buff NATO tanks so BMPT can’t pen them from the front, or second option controversial for russian mains: completly remvoe both BMPT’s from the game, so the tech tree one could be replaced with T-15 Armata or Kurganets-25, they’re pretty imagined like 2S38 but still would be weaker than BMPT’s, or even if BMPT should be still in the game, make NATO round pen realistic, M829A3 irl has around 700mm of pen, in War Tuhunder it has only 632mm, give it atleast 650mm, and before you russian mains cry, what about Object 292 with 700mm of pen
Gaijin does not artificially change penetration. They use a calculator that takes into account velocity, length, density, etc. They would not change it unless you find proof that they have an actual characteristic incorrect
And from NATO documents 3BM60 has 740mm of pentation by the same standard, what’s you point?
