I didn’t even get a critical despite shooting right in his engine.
there can be a lot of answers maybe desync made the shell explode behind them maybe it was just some of those bs dmg model moments maybe you hit his engine and just didnt get a crit
ive seen wings being shot off (by me) and i didnt get a severe or crit so yea idk what happened there but one clip doesnt prove anything if everyone else here says that shVAKs will shoot off wings without problems

I-225 has what 4 shvaks?
I never had a good time with that plane.
Bi has shvaks and it’s hit or miss.
I think the shvaks aren’t as good as you all say.
If given the choice to fly my I-301 or my Yak-3(e) at 4.0 / 4.3 I generally take my I-301 out. Its 23mm cannon is vastly better, and it has 2 12.7mms and 2x shkas mgs.
granted its top speed and turn time aren’t the greatest.
Only uses mk-108s vs a post-lobotomy crippled opponent (ground battles CAS users full of bomb), uses the best nose mounted 20mils in a absolute undertiered plane vs 1 aware opponent and procceds to barely scrape the rudder:
" shvak cannons are so weak! Mk-108 better, because caliber is 30mm! "

all cannons are hit or miss, the problem is that you are 90% a miss and that ends up in the “low ammo pool” come into play.
Tell me, when you play the 109Z, don’t you notice that you open fire at POINT BLANK? while on other planes you open fire at +400m?

Seems jets (radar, missile/weapon controls) eat the bulk of your controls, which I suppose fair enough.
I usually keybind them to certain things
A Is mechanical
B is radar
X is avionics
Y is cockpit

check our profiles, I play on console with a ps5 controller that is literally a Frankenstein of 2 others because I have anger issues, I have better air stats across the board, that’s because I’ve played longer and have more experience. however you seem to think you’re better with worse statistics which is illogical. go ahead and report this too lol

That sounds like your opinion. And I don’t generally consider people’s opinions, because most people thing Russian bias is an actual thing. Don’t get butt hurt over it.
I’ve used the planes I’ve mentioned, bottom line is one of the most OP planes under 7.0 is the P-59A which is way better than the BI.
Whether or not you agree I don’t care, stats wise and capability wise it is better.

And you have wayyy more battles, which actually means in average you do worse than the guy who rarely plays air.
But if you look at my sim stats I do quite well.
You also don’t even own the BI same as most people complaining about it.
