BI-1 Is Pay-to-Win and needs to be dealt with

Except they can’t explain how I didn’t kill that guy with around 12 hits of FI-T.

My ping isn’t that high, usually it’s around 27
and I usually don’t miss that much. That was a bad gun run for me sure, but I had already hit that guy previously, and continued to chase and hit him more.

Edit: here’s the last two games in which I flew a plane.

no it isn’t - the name is Strikemaster.

It was developed from the Jet Provost, but it is not called “Jet Provost”

You act like the yak 3e is invincible when then spitfires are vastly better.

Also it didn’t say if I killed him with the 12.7 or 20mm

another one of your sealclubber takes?

How am I seal clubbing lil bro?

I think your a Russia phobe

Russia phobe? No
Play something not meta for once and maybe you’ll learn to fight people on ARB

lolllll go check my stat card bro. I don’t play a lot of meta vehicles besides the T58.

Why are you so Anggie?

It’s a 4.7 at 4.0, no spitfire is that undertiered except maybe the LF mk 9.

There’s plenty of spitfires below 4.0 that are plenty good enough. It wouldn’t be Heralded the “Best low to mid tier” planes TT in the game if it wasn’t so goated.

yes there are spitfires that are strong below 4.0, but we are talking about UNDERTIERED not “strong for it’s BR”
Stop trying to change topic and let’s keep it to 1 problem, BI-1

I agree, but there aren’t any that are 0.7 lower than where they should be (potentially excluding the LF Mk9), unlike the Yak-3e.

If you count Seafires as Spitfires, there are several severely overtiered versions of those.

Why not come play air sim then?

Plenty of people fly with X-box controllers.

Your biggest weakness is headtracking as HOTAS gets a proper hat-switch, keyboard+stick, keyboard+mousejoy gets fancy head controls (WT Live // Controls by RunaDacino) and rudder (with certain trigger buttons it should be solvable though, if not - you can incorporate my rudder control set-up into your shoulders).

Also, have some high aspect/high difficulty shots done using mousejoystick controls (I’m an average player. if I can pull it off, so can you):

One of them is with 20mm shvak.

even the most ignored yaks are pretty respectable opponents, which this fellow only played the yak line and some strong CAS planes

I did some proper testing and found out the following:
P51H5NA and Spitfire Mk24 easily out-endure BI.
BI when less than 50 seconds of fuel can out-dogfight one of them in a one circle, however… it’s entirely possible to out-endure that 30 seconds before they have to break off.

Spitfire is already 6.7, but P51 isn’t.

If you preserve your fuel in BI to that of the P51’s methanol injection time, you climb and turn as well as a P51.
If you don’t, you lose in endurance to the P51.
Oh, and the P51 has a tighter turn circle the entire time.

P-51h really needs to be 6.7, even on jets im pretty wary around it, more so than spitfires from that BR
But you forget the BI-1 could just dip out at any moment if it wants, cram throttle, maybe point nose down a little, pitch up and do rocket science in full display.
the gap materializes in like 5 seconds and both prop planes would lose interest

That’s the issue with the BI, it can do those things, then it can’t ever do as well as a P51 or Spitfire, because it doesn’t have the endurance.
In 1v1s, it’s close. In no-fuel consumption 1v1s, BI wins.
But in air RB when even a squad of 2 players can easily hand the BI’s rocket back to them?

The BI is an extremely situational aircraft; in those situations it does well, outside of those situations it does extremely poorly, cause at the end of the day it’s a rocket interceptor people are trying to use as an air superiority fighter which it can’t do anywhere nearly as good as super props.

You guys tried to change it, go re read bro

it tends to happen pretty commonly with inexperienced BI-1 players, going into a furballs just for the space P-51 to kill them

maybe rocket planes need accurate throttle control to be somewhat balanced.

I re read it all
