Might do them after I’m done with the Cobra line, but AFAIK the only version of those two families that had any ground strike capability was the SH-2G(NZ) that carried Mavericks. The others only carried AShMs, torpedoes, depth charges, etc., which aren’t really useful in War Thunder right now since helis aren’t allowed in Air Sim or Naval (the only modes with naval targets).
Legit Battlefield 4 made this one of my most favourite helicopters. Flying with a full squad on the guns and repairing on Siege of Shanghai just deleting the hordes of rooftop snipers was such a blast. I do hope we see this added to the game at some point. Would be nice to be able to fire the miniguns as the pilot.
Y E S. Flying these next to AH-1Zs would be awesome. We can’t transport troops or cargo yet, but I would 100% grind this thing out just for the cool factor. After all, these two usually never deploy without the other. I mean, we got the F-117 with only TWO weapons so why not?

Awe man we’ve been fighting the same battle for a while lol. First reply Immediately brought up enlisted like he just skipped everything you said. Happens every. Single. Time. You can debunk every argument against them, and they will just pretend you said nothing. Some people just valiantly oppose improvement to the game its insane. But yeah, troop transport is desperately needed even if it’s just cosmetic. Helis like the UH-60s, Mi-8s, Mi-24s, and UH-1s would 100% benefits from this.

Only way I see this as being useful is if they give it the drone scouting system. I doubt they’ll give it the door guns

They already have the ai for gunners, they could easily add door guns to all choppers that had them

Or they could do the same as the MH-60 door guns where they face forward and are pilot controlled

Does this have rocket computer?
Not explicitly stated anywhere, although it does use the same mission computer with allegedly identical software as the AH-1Z. It doesn’t seem to have a HUD, but the TopOwl HMS is stated to provide “Operational applications of navigation, target designation, and weapons aiming and firing” (I suppose “weapons aiming and firing” also implicitly suggests that there exists ballistic computer functionality).

actually I put in a bug report for that apparently they are permanently fixed forward on it (not a door gunner)

I can understand that being the case for the Blackhawk we have ingame, but other variants of the Blackhawk would definitely have non-fixed guns, whether they be the M-60s, M2s or M134s.
