I’ll be very happy if Gaijin, when adding the Vulcan, includes it in 8.3’s ground mode. It’ll be my new favorite bomber after the B-52H.

Real question is, how loud is that thing.
It is fun on TU95 to pass low on ground , full throttle and let people with headsets sh*t their pants.
But that vulcan howling… Bye bye ears. :D
Tu-160 with the rotary bomb bay would be so nice

Yeah…
Fun until snail decides how it works, or morelikely how it doesnt.
Especially when Fab 9000 in Tu95 is still bugged as ------------ ( you can decide word)
According to gaijin, the FAB-9000 has the same damage radius as the FAB-5000 btw
Possibly, but the idea is still there.
Tu-160M2 would also be nice with its Novella radar which is a adaption of the Irbis-E which is found on the Su-30SM2.
I think the gaijin might nerf these systems to try and justify a possible reduction in br, just like they did with the TU-95M.
What was nerfed about the Tu-95M? these aircraft aren’t comparable at all.
The issue with these slower bombers is that you aren’t able to put them any higher (at least not right now since jamming isn’t ready). they’ll get shredded by faster jet fighters.
Tu-160 would at least have speed and a good amount of countermeasures to defend itself effectively and standoff weapons so it doesn’t have to expose itself.
First they removed the fire extinguishers, and when the community noticed, they added them to the Tu-95M. Currently, it lacks a system that assists with aiming the bomber’s machine guns.
I’m aware this is just an opinion, but I have to make some corrections. The later variants of the H-6 drastically differ from the original H-6, which was indeed based on the Tu-16, but referring to it as ‘not a proper strategic bomber’ feels disingenuous.
And I wouldn’t go as far as to call it a ‘knockoff’ as well. It was officially license built, and there was no expiration date on this agreement from my understanding. China simply decided to continually build and modernise its H-6 fleet for its own interests.
This is one of the more cooler bombers we could get in my opinion
You mean radar assisted gunners? this is just a mechanic we don’t have in game yet.
Well… for aircraft at least.
Should in theory be the exact same code found on tanks and even some ships. Might even be on a few helis?
And it is simple.
There is 2 type of Fab 5000, PE8 Fab 5000 got actually more explosives vs Fab9000 on TU95, then there is Fab5000M what is on TU95 and it got only 3.3tons of tnt equilavent.
And actually on PE8 Fab 5000 got 2m bigger destruction radius.
But that doesnt mean anything anymore, since snail nerfed all bombs, and it hit these big ones really bad
Youre forgetting about the peer of the buff and bear, that moggs them both

No. Next event is dreams come true.
Yeah, along with it’s BR lol.
GRB obviously.
But the question since its addition is NE.
A2G was basically irrelevant for aircraft in AAB, ARB or ASB (and still is) but NE changes that equation quite a bit.
and so that renders the question of whether or not something like a Strat bomber, with massive numbers of even GNSS-only bombs, would have a BR also higher in air modes because of their performance in NE, and if so, what kind of impact?
Its an interesting question.
Gaijin bases their BR changes on a lot of things. If a bomber with long range/GPS/stand off munitions start earning SL too easily you bet they are going to move it up asap.
Yeah it would, but how much is the question.
Because something like a B-1 being 11.3 would probably still be able to kill loads of ground targets in NE and thus farm a load of SL/RP with decently ranged GNSS weapons (and the ability to properly use them)
I absolutely wouldn’t be suprised if we se 12.0+ or even 13.0+ for a B-1 depending on the type of GPS ordenance it gets and how much it gets of those.
