Agreed was way too good at 9.7 but at 10.0 it has the competition of mirage3c which lacks flares but is much faster and has manuverability.
F-4E has a very strong FM.
F-4E and F-4S are far from it and are even on the higher end of gen3 FM wise.

F4E has useable FM for 11.3, unlike later phantoms such as F-4EJ Kai (worst phantom flight model out of all variants)
EJ kai is only worse if you are saying relative to its BR placement. F-4C is definitely the worst overall.
Fair enough. With the existence of planes like F-18A at 12.3, the EJ KAI should not be 12.3.
There’s also F-4F KWS to consider at 13.0 who is the EJ kai but with slats and faces everything short of the rafale, su30, etc
I remember someone saying the EJ has objectively worse FM cause it has no slats, unlike the E.

This is true. F-4EJ Kai is much worse than most 12.3.
It’s flight performance just sucks.
