exact opposite to what i said. like completely. how you twisted it into this i have no clue.
the rest of you post is anecdotal with no real evidence to the fact.
and that image of a match makes me wonder what you are trying to prove? its a premium so you are just further proving my point.
Your post was confusing at the end, hence the question, then how your post was read by someone that grinds tech trees primarily using tech tree vehicles.
I primarily grind using tech tree vehicles cause spading bonuses, and spading vehicles I want spaded.
I learned meta research methods irrelevant of the vehicle being premium or not.
Yes, I could back in the day get 24,000 RP in one match using A6M5 Ko.
I however could also get 12,000 RP using R2Y2.
I could get 15,000+ RP in a match using Yak-28 when smaller maps were in rotation.
Closer to modern times: 50,000 in sim.
Spading one vehicle gives you just enough RP to research another vehicle.
Learning the methods of progressing is far more helpful than using a premium vehicle.
Objectively not true as i have shown. the number of obtained RP from premium vehicles is substantial. as well as the number of matches played in tech tree vehicles ±2 BR of a majority of your premiums being significantly lower meaning they didn’t contribute to RP.
only about 1/3 of your vehicles are spaded.
sure, but you still mostly used premiums for unlocks. method does not matter here.
could does not equal most of the time, 42 matches played, 95k RP earned is roughly 2,000 RP per game average.
39 games 33k total earned. average 850RP per game.
122 games, 131kRP average 1,050RP per game average.
not really, you instantly almost double your RP gain when using premium.
No, you didn’t show anything.
All you did was push a conjecture.
Tell me how I can grind all of the Soviets in 2022 when I had all but the end of the Yak line in 2021?
I mostly used tech tree vehicles.
33,405 x 3.92 vehicle modifier = 130,947RP before end-match multipliers.
A6M5 Ko: 95775 x 5.15 vehicle modifier = 493,241RP before end-match multipliers on base RP.
F-4EJ 430,417 base RP x 5 vehicle multiplier = 2,152,085 RP before end-match multipliers.
T-2 that I used to get the F-4EJ: 94653 base RP x 4.28 = 405,115RP before end-match multipliers.
You claim to have done the math but forgot the vehicle modifiers.
i never said or claimed any specific years or timeframes of that sort. i can’t check when what vehicle was unlocked. what i can see is the lack of games on surrounding vehicles in ±2 Ranks and then a lot of games on a premium, where else would the RP have come from to unlock all of those vehicles?
you didn’t though? i can see the number of games played on each individual vehicle…
how would you reasonably expect me to believe that you have unlocked all of rank 1 and two with close to zero games on almost all of them? and then have one premium with 33 games and 28k earned as well as this:
Amount of battles means nothing.
Mirage 3C was spaded in 75 battles then never played again. 68632 base RP x 4.64 = 318,452 RP before post-match multipliers.
F-5A was spaded in 73 battles then never played again. 78290 x 4.76 = 372660 RP before post-match multipliers.
Those are the best examples you can look at since I’ll never play those vehicles ever again in air RB.
You have a total amount of games in rank 1 USSR air of 43 games. There is absolutely NO WAY you unlocked all of rank 1 and one rank 2 in only 43 games. i’m not gonna do the math again because i’m tired of trying to prove anything to you since you are just going to dismiss it with anecdotal evidence that has no other proof than your words.
and you STILL have not answered my question and continue to avoid it.
Okay, here’s your flaw… you need to check arcade battles for me old stuff.
15,918 RP before post-match multipliers.
Plenty of RP to get me into rank 2, which it did.
KV-2 has 27556 x 1.24 = 34,169 RP from it alone before post-match multipliers.
All before me having premium account since I only touched arcade ground a few times since getting premium, and almost never with the low stuff. So I left out the premium bonus here.
you really want me to do this?
rank 1 has no multipliers.
your entire rank 1 USSR ground RB AND AB (zero battles in sim) has a total of 20k RP in non premium tanks. that is just enough to unlock 6 of the cheapest rank 1 tanks but NOT a rank 2 on top of that.
then you have 4k extra from a premium, still not enough to unlock a rank 2. (4k off) so you MUST have bought a rank 2 premium before you even unlocked a rank 2 vehicle in that tree. (and dot say “oh i spaded the vehicles” no… you get 700 RP for fully spaded reserve and only 600 RP for fully spaded lowest rank which you couldn’t even have done since you unlocked the last two vehicles of those 6)
aaaand wouldn’t you know it, you then have 63k RP earned in a rank 2 premium and 13k RP in another rank 2 premium.
and even if you did magically unlock a rank 2 with that. your first row rank 2 vehicles have these total earnings:
1600-1200-3300-1300-5000
enough to unlock one more rank one tank but NOT a second rank 2 even combined they together only unlock one and a half (sure two with modifiers) extra rank 2 vehicles. (which isn’t possible since you have not unlocked them yet).
there are A LOT of gaps where the RP MUST have come from a Premium vehicle since you yourself say:
@The4thAmigo While I think the grind is absurd and arcade, realistic and sim have different rewards, for grind focus ( i mean not enjoying the game xd ) you need “meta” tips.
-Since you have a premium (F5C ) basically you have no rank taxes, so you use it for the rest of the grind or until you get a better grinder and talisman it in 50% offer.
If you are good at dogfight, then realistic is the best mode. With 4 kills you get the 100% bonus + boosters
I see so many answers here in the format of:
“You have premium F-5 so you should have completed the tree much more quickly and stop playing arcade”.
This is so annoying. First, arcade is the de facto game mode for basically anything below jets. Once you get to jets, it’s RB, but you’ll be hard pressed to find low tier RB or high tier AB enjoyable.
Second, skipping entire ranks to get to jets is not the desirable outcome you all make it to be. People actually need to learn some things from these ranks like dumb bombing, target leading, energy retention, dogfighting basics etc.
Nah, arcade has a whole different feel to it. I strictly play RB regardless of battle rating because it has a much more rewarding feel to it. Arcade is just sped up chaos to me.
Dumb bombing is taken care of by ballistic computers, energy fighting is jets is vastly different than props, target leading is vastly different in the much faster planes and some planes have radar guided lead indicators. Not saying that experience in props is not useful, but top tier jets and props are just so different. Jets are much easier to be successful in with little experience because of the missiles and ballistic computers that do the work for you.
OP, you only did 18 games in the F-5C in RB and you didn’t even do that bad imo, considering you appear to have no other jet fighter experience in RB and only a little bit in AB. I was able to grind from Rank II to halfway way through Rank VII fighters with the F-5C (and some other tech tree jets but the majority of the RP comes from F-5C) in just a few months with relatively average performance. I think if you stuck with trying for Air to Air kills in the F-5C you woulda gotten better at jet combat while also making decent money and RP. If you actually want to use the top tier jets, you’re gonna have to learn how to fight with them at some point.
“Nah bro i will just zomb my way through tec tree, zomb my way through all modifications on a plane and figure out combat once im on top tier fully spaded. How difficult it can be?”
you know that if you have a premium you can never go negative from a battle ?
just turn on auto-repairs
also as others have already pointed out playing air-arcade is the biggest waste.
not to mention almost noone plays top tier arcade.
