USSR The only nation that still has a 10.3 / 10.0 line up and the only nation that still has a 11.0 MBT, the only person being hand held is russia, and that has been the case for years.

Nations will have stronger/weaker lineups depending on BR, not an issue.
~700mm round with 10.0s reload at 10.7. I think it’s more outrageous to have ~600mm round with 5s reload at 10.3 (120S).
Nothing wrong in Strela being the best IR slinger (not counting Japan’s Type 81), it’s sitting at the highest BR.

the problem is that the aim 120 really outperforms all other missiles.
not only the r77 but all the other m, the ones that come closest to its performance are the aam4 and the pl2, the rest is pure suffering.
R77 is just IMPO worst missle for that rank I will take R-73 always before R-77…
But to be honest USSR air top rank is just waste of time, radars, FL and missles are like 5 BR ranking below rest of Air top tires.
The 120 is definitely the best in terms of range, and at its effective range its pull is more than enough.
I don’t really mind the US having the best missile, I mean someone’s gotta have it… The problem is when they also have by far the best flight-models for BVR and the best radars on top of it. They’re 3 for 3 when it comes to BVR. Russia has to always sacrifice 2. They can bring the 29SMT with the horrible flight model and missile, but good radar. Or the 27SM with good BVR flight-model but horrible radar and missile…
That being said, I believe J10 is now one of the strongest BVR fighters in the game, so there’s that
I haven’t flown the SU34 as I can’t enter dev-server, but it doesn’t seem like it’ll have a good BVR flight model? It’s an extremely heavy fighter bomber. An empty SU34 weighs as much as a fully fuelled SU27 with some bombs loaded on top of it. The radar is good, but it’s gonna get slower and is limited to 120° (tbf so is most NATO radars). They are working on making the TWS mode faster however.
