goes even smaller with the cargo map idk it’s name rn
Well air RB wasn’t added until much later, and when I noticed and first started playing it there was AI aircraft there as well.
If they remove maps from rotation then you’ll see it in the map preference screen.
Yes, cause the map only stays active for ~2 minutes before randomly selecting another for that BR.
@SadLamer
You know it’s sad when that version of Alaska’s an improvement to the map…
An entire city to play in for one single objective, how horrible. /s
There’s multiple city blocks of flanking space here. That Enemy TD is doing exactly this, and even then there’s multiple further routes to be taken.
and there we are with a wot version of a otherwise nice map
There’s tons of spots like that where you are in the map, but are considered outside of the map. I assume they are just bugs however.
Worst one is on the small Arctic map, where on one edge, you are considered outside the map despite being on the path that is there. There’s also a couple other nonsensical borders on other maps.
I see that and I go and often when the crew lock follows the game goes off completely
Congrats on posting a drastically worse quality image of something that was literally just posted.
You’re also clearly demonstrating that there is, in fact room to flank, as you, your teammate, and that enemy are doing exactly that.
That is obviously a bug, so no.
Its far from amusing
Did you… forget that you already replied to this comment in the span of one minute?
Worse I’ve seen so far is in Mozdok when you spawn from the eastern side, they restricted the northern part with a countdown timer but the red zone is not marked on the map until you get there. You expose your tank to get there and when you do you either go back completely exposed with the enemy tanks already aiming at you or you explode. Great game design.
I think abomination is the word you’re looking for.
That’s your “good game design” there, cause we didn’t used to have those red zones before and you could even get your tank inside those ruined city blocks or flank the enemy through the rubble. It was added later by Gaijin. obviously without care or proper testing.
in ground there are 51 maps, they constantly add new maps but refuse to change the ban limit from one.
i mean what kind of incentive is “hey if you give us around $60 a year for this premium we’ll let you ban a total of less than 2% of the maps available! what a bargain!”
something like 1 free ban and then 2/3 for premium users would be fine, let people remove the map they hate the most and then there is more incentive for people to buy it, because maybe its not wrong to want to have around 5% of maps not played when there are 51 of them
More like allow people to ban maps w/o premium
And one ban per player in a 16v16 match means potentially 32 of those are banned. Upping that to only two per player is 64, let alone the 96 of three.
We can’t have more bans because math.
You did misunderstand me a little yes.
To clarify my position:
I love diversity of maps, and I love good maps. Most of the good maps tend to be larger cause it’s easier to design a good larger map than it is an urban map.
Not every urban map will be as good as North Holland, Ardennes, or Breslau.
However, it’s hard to make bad large maps where the only terrible large map I believe exists is Fields of Normandy.
