Unless you have terrible aim, it is not huge problems because game timer in ARB is 25 mins rn and by the time you run out of ammo, your teammates or the enemy team will be gone.

And the player who brings 20 mins fuel will have the privilege of killing the min fuel spammers on their runway who couldn’t kill “bricks”.

I guess it is still easy to abuse when you brought VTOL jets.

Lets just get rid of airfields make game air spawn and 3vs3 how about that no reloads deathmatch ?

Why are you purposely acting like a clown? Do you just decide to ignore all the comments mentioning trigger discipline?

Have you played jets? It’s not easy to use very little ammo in jet combat above 9.0. No one should be a free kill because of something that’s difficult to manage.

I’m sure there would be some way to prevent that, maybe have a 1 minute grace period before the AA activates again?

I just want to be able to re-arm and reload without being killed, is that too much to ask for? Screw the people abusing the mechanic too.

Thats all I want to but these guys allways have an excuse I dont fly circles around airfield thats lame however if some clown trying to take me out im not going to fly straight and submit to my death because I used my ammo and if he couldnt take me out without me actually landing then its his fault for following me thats a skill issue on his part as much as me using my Ammo…

You can see from my stats that I’m jet main.

My F-2 Sabre has limited ammo but, landing on runway because of reloading is still rare because played them many times and learned how to save ammos. It is that player’s fault for running out of ammo for having crappy aim and their AF should not be a crutch for the mistakes they make.

It is literally l2p problem.

That is not a good mentality.

Everyone should be able to re arm, and no one should be forced to be a free kill because they aren’t godly at conserving ammo and hit 99% of their shots.

This is also ignoring the fact that sometimes guns are incredibly inconsistent and need way more bullets than normal to shoot down plane.

You just want to be able to get free kills from players that aren’t super good.

It is not that hard.
I was never talking about something as hard as getting “Duelist-Hero” or other TSS titles, and to abandon learning even though it’s not that hard is just silly as PvP game players.

After the RealShatter fix, the F2 gun works pretty decently. Due to the drag nerf a while back it is not death laser like 2018 anymore, but still very good.

To be fair to the landers, it’s a risk-reward tradeoff. Do you land when the airspace may not be safe, in the interest of repairing or getting up faster? Or do you wait while damaged, low on fuel/ammo etc, until you know it’s safe to land, or do you try to make it to the far airfield?

I really like this change, it’s pretty neat to weigh the pros and cons and adds a little bit more decision making to ARB.

no you don’t because you waste time flying out, you could have started a new game and dropped a load with your airspawn,

If the plane is so unstoppable, then it makes no difference, it’ll kill you anyway since it can’t be stopped even when it’s approaching at low alt vs targets at fixed position that is known in advance. I’m sure you have something like 5 KPB in it.

Actually… this is complete bs, because on the odd occasion I do end up returning to the AF, I get more rewards by fighting, because if I join a new game, there’s a 9/10 chance of me getting blasted before making bases

F-2 hardly has “limited ammo” compared to some other jets, not only do you have plenty of ammo, but the guns are fantastic

Imo the F2’s ammo is equally limited when compared to the MiGs, but if you ignore consistency, the Hunter and 50 cal Sabers have far more ammo.

I have played with MiGs, CL, F40, Hunter, and F2 many times now and the frequency of running out of ammo in F2, although it is a feeling, is not that different from when I played with MiGs.

Whelp, I’ll throw in here.
The complete removal of Airfield AAA was stupid.
It was possible to kill people reloading before but it took skill, now it takes no skill at all and means that even if you get home to re-arm, some ^& with a faster Jet will be waiting for you because he (Like spawn camping in Arcade) Thinks hes super duper the bestest playay EVAAA! By flying to the edge of the map and killing people on the ground.
