If the plane is so unstoppable, then it makes no difference, it’ll kill you anyway since it can’t be stopped even when it’s approaching at low alt vs targets at fixed position that is known in advance. I’m sure you have something like 5 KPB in it.
Actually… this is complete bs, because on the odd occasion I do end up returning to the AF, I get more rewards by fighting, because if I join a new game, there’s a 9/10 chance of me getting blasted before making bases
F-2 hardly has “limited ammo” compared to some other jets, not only do you have plenty of ammo, but the guns are fantastic
Imo the F2’s ammo is equally limited when compared to the MiGs, but if you ignore consistency, the Hunter and 50 cal Sabers have far more ammo.
I have played with MiGs, CL, F40, Hunter, and F2 many times now and the frequency of running out of ammo in F2, although it is a feeling, is not that different from when I played with MiGs.
Whelp, I’ll throw in here.
The complete removal of Airfield AAA was stupid.
It was possible to kill people reloading before but it took skill, now it takes no skill at all and means that even if you get home to re-arm, some ^& with a faster Jet will be waiting for you because he (Like spawn camping in Arcade) Thinks hes super duper the bestest playay EVAAA! By flying to the edge of the map and killing people on the ground.
Stop asking for AF AA to play the game for you
You’re not forced to land at the closest runway.
You were the last guy in a useless plane, what did you expect the enemy to do. Let you alone 15 minutes to win the game on tickets?
They just want to end the game, if airfield was like you wanted those poor players would have to wait for you to come out of the AAA bubble if you ever do that.
Wasting 10 minutes of their time for nothing just because you dont want to take the L and prefer to abuse game mechanics.
If you come off you airfield to shot other players down you should not run back to mummy.
You can have enough fuel to last a match and you can make your ammo last. Dont wast it on bombers. If i had my way the spawn runway would be further back.
All our crew have a skill points for reloading. I think af aaa should only last for that timer
It is so wrong that a team can dive down smash down the tickets by attacking ground targets. Get wiped out in combat because they out classed in pvp (it is a pvp game after all). And have 1 player run and hide in his AAA bubble and win the match with out firing a shot.
After all its ARB not GRB. The majority of attackers are only there to spade there planes for GRB
below is me using the AAA against 9 v 1(me), normaly i would just exstend or gain alt and try and fight but, anyways they was good guys and they got there win anyway

Then why not giving a time frame at the airfield like a “return to battlefield” countdown? And then if you do not take off or j-out, it auto j-out.
I have zero clue why you feel the necessity to posts like “run back to mummy” and then provide a replay which shows nothing more than a player extending the game time to 25 minutes without having a chance to win the match or trying to start a turnaround.
This and the previous thread in the old forum exist mainly exactly due to such behaviour.
There is nothing wrong with using af aaa cover to land and and j out - but if you play 1 vs 8 after 8 minutes and then deliberately decide to extend the match to 25 minutes whilst circling the af aaa you should think about the disparity of your posted opinions and your provided replay…
Time on the airfield should be limited for sure, but we should keep AAA as before for obvious reasons.
New ARB players need to learn and they make aiming mistakes. It is a game, if you punish them so hard they will quit the game.
It was a little challenge to avoid AAAs for the last kills on the airfield, it was cool.
I think people how do not want AAA are just willing to easy grind and repeat the exact same easy thing with another plane of the rank above. Boring! Why learning to fight in different planes then?
One wise snail once said : no pain no game.
I did it on purpose to show how its abused, like i said i dont normaly do that and if you was to watch every replay i am in it will show i dont run to mummy. You only quote part and not the rest of the paragraph.
Its against the rules to show a replay that damages other players so i made a vid of my self, get it?
Although i agree with your general view on things like “no pain, no gain” - you might be on the wrong path with this quote.
Despite it is just a game - some people see more the competitive character of PvP as their main motivation whilst playing - af aaa in general is therefore an unwanted obstacle in order to fulfill their personal goals.
And there is nothing wrong with that - at the end most Air RB matches are decided by PvP interactions. The most reasonable statements “against” af aaa were addressed by highly experienced pilots due to the impact on PvP game play - not regarding grind or lack of experience with other planes.
Besides the example above (=extending game time) prop af aaa is capable of altering the outcome of matches and is actually preventing rather lesser experienced pilots to improve as it allows infinite resets of lost fights for positional/energy advantages.
The disparity of prop BR af aaa and jet BR af aaa is therefore not comprehensible for me.
If we assume af aaa shall give newer players some protection whilst playing props, the total absence of deadly af aaa bubbles in jet BRs looks strange as there are obviously hordes of newer players active with high/top tier jets.
Based on this assumption it looks like that gaijin is either not willing or not capable to provide equal protection levels. Seeing that they earn a hell of money with 70$ premium jets it looks like that they are simply not capable of providing effective af aaa protection for jet BRs.
Of course there is also the option that they are just ignoring this issue (like proven by the fellow player with his 4 kills at the enemy af a few days ago), i guess all remember the feedback in a bug report after they implemented real shatter 1.0 - “According to the devs the damage output of cannons is fine”.
No pain no premiums, no money in my pocket 😆
Fine by me. I don’t mind playing all in, thing is now we are forced to do so. If you play a cash game and everyone has to go all in, it kills some of the fun, in my opinion it is the same here.
You PRESUMED a heck of a lot there guy! I had just landed to get new bombs! IN AN A-10! I DARE you to try that.
Fly 35km with bombs, hit 2 bases, come back 35km and then go back!? I never sit and hide, they (Most reasonable people call it 'spawn camping) But here you creatures call it wasting my time.
ok then I will do you one better.
THEY DIDN’T HAVE TO KILL ME TO WIN!
They could have hit ground units and bases to win.
Use your own argument against you. Don’t like the way I play then quit. God that is toxic.
You should know you really sound toxic.
You’re the one complaining about AF AA being weak and not playing the game for you lol. There are also many situations where killing the last guy is a better option than wasting time going for ground targets/bases.
I did not presume anything.
Look at the tickets, you are close to winning the match on tickets.
They use a blind hunt because you are the last guy on your team and they are playing fighters.
You are the one presuming things here, they dont have bombs or rockets and they prob have used most of its cannon ammo.
So do they really have the time to go back to the airfield, rearm and fly to the ground targets?
You are the guy presuming things here dont you see it.
You are saying that just because you are the last enemy they should let you have the chance of winning because what? Because you are at the airfield? Because you want to abuse a game mechanic?
So players going for the PvP combat should quit against you PvE gameplay, seems very nice.
Other players should quit the game because you dont want to die?
So you are saying players to quit and calling us “creatures” and Im the one that sounds toxic?
