problem is that no one plays it so it can’t go down because there’s no stats for the darn thing. stuff like the ice went down because it was germany’s only top tier and people were doing horrendous in it

They got a bracket where it technically fits and it’s exactly what all the “Su-27 would be OP at 13.0” bros have been asking for.
I know for a fact that even with a new bracket that you haven’t even touched it.

su-27/su-33 isn’t even the most dangerous plane at 13.3 for red side, it might be the most popular plane (su-33 specifically) but jf-17 is also super popular while being much better especially in sim context (much better radar and arh missiles)
AV-8B+ / Sea Harrier FA2 are notably weaker than the F3 Late.
But the question really is, why is the F4F ICE at 13.0 and the F3 Late at 13.3. These 2 are pretty perfect counterparts. Imo the ICE needs to now go up to 13.3 with a viable bracket for it.
Though 13.0 in general needs splitting between 2 BRs.

Personally I’ve been liking the 13.3 bracket. Blue side is a big challenge for once (everyone just damn leaves) and you’re stuck in perpetual 5v1. CHalleneing and you die a lot, but it’s fun/challening. Although now that I no longer have premium I actually have to leave after I die a lot because the economy is horrendous, really need to buy premium again next time it goes on sale. reminds me of when fox 3s first released a year ago, blue side being the dominating one but now it’s flipped. Also jf17 and f-16a is super fun to play as well, su-27 is decent but not amazing. 27ets though… they’re nasty as hell
So su27, j11, su33 and tornado to 13.0. Permanent bracket 12.3 - 13.0. Blue side now has plenty of aim 120 busses and f2 so it works.
blue side does not have f-2, that’s on either side.

red is germany china and russia
Take everything between 13.3 and 14.3 and increase its BR by 0.3. Leaving an empty BR at 13.3.
Then move the strong 13.0s up and maybe 1 or 2 now 13.7s down and boom. 12.0-13.0 isnt as much of a mess and in ARB 13.0s arent steamrolling 12.0s every match

I just played a game with japan on blue side this morning.
So 12.3s exclusively have to fight 13.0s every single match?
Just waited 18 months to get a 11.3-12.3 bracket where I wasnt forced into uptiers in the GR7 and GR4
yeah. j-11a (worst 13.7 by far) can move down, most 13.0s can move up except for maybe stuff like the harriers.
japan is one of those nations that can be on either side.
nations outside of those 6 nations generally can be on either side. (not including ww2 brackets)

half the problem is that 12.3-13.3 is just a complete dumpster fire of random BRs from a combo of issues partly caused by the lack of 12.3 or 13.3 brackets.

What you are proposing would mean that 11.3s would face 12.0s 100% of the time.
No 12.3 - 13.0 is majority semi active gen 4. It’s pretty easy to see that.
You could have a 11.0 vs 12.0, 11.7 vs 12.0 and 11.3 vs 12.0 bracket.
