only works if youre faster. a ME262 IS faster. only thing that gives you a run for your money at the same BR as a ME262 is the sea meteor (that thing is pretty decent) or maybe the thunderjet after a very long chase.

For air RB a Spitfire Mk.24 absolutely is, because it’s not totally useless against 7.0 and 7.3 planes. We also have an Me-262 with an airspawn at 6.7 and no one complains about it.
At minimum every Me-262 should have either an interceptor or attacker spawnpoint, but a BR reduction by 0.3 for several models would not be harmful.
