Sparrows are easy to dodge+multipathing exists. In sim it would be very OP at 12.0 because it can just dogfight everything and with. It also has a good radar, RWR, and incredible visibilty, all of which matter a lot in sim.

Well it needs some sort of buff. 6x aim 9L at 12.3 is rough.
The 16A Is 12.7 in sim, and even there It still dominates
