Oh sorry i thought you asked which missiles do not have dual plane. which is all of them as dual plane isnt modelled for any missile

First one to come to mind is the red top. Im pretty sure there are a couple others.
No missile in game has its two plane maneuvering speed modeled, the phoenix is no exception

All these have constant dual plane where the missile is always maneuvering at dual plane by controlling its own roll

Pretty sure the aim7 is faster.
Higher max speed, lighter, and more thrust.
They also seem slower when i use them.
Accelerates faster but has a far lower top speed (Around mach 2.5 iirc compared to the mach 5 of the phoenix)
R27r= mach3.5
Aim7m= mach4

Not a thing. It can and does track targets at any angle in the correct mode.

AIM-7M isnt reaching mach 4 90% of the time
No missile reaches its max speed. But the combo of the other things makes it faster.
R27 always seems sluggish to me. They both have pros and cons so it is a question of how you want to use them.

aim7m i dont think is faster, the only pro on the aim7m is range which is not very usefull on such a slow missile which instantly goes dumb on lock break.
Not to beat a dead horse but your source (Tom Cooper) claims more kills for the Tomcat than the Iraqi’s lost to all causes.

The R-27R is inferior to the AIM-7M in every way other than datalink

its significantly more maneuverable, and it has datalink, which is INCREDIBLY strong.
Only at 3-5km, after that it is significantly less maneuverable than the AIM-7F because it is a lot slower
