Im so sick of this, You cannot outmanuver the phoenix at distances past 10km, It can hit surface skimming anti-ship missiles that take evasive action, Kill rates were extremely high.
It also hit fighter size target drones taking evasive actions, including high G turns.
The bomber argument is so blatantly wrong.
On top of that we have tons of phoenix kills from the Iraq-Iran war on fighters.
The F-14 AN/AWG-9 radar is also seriously underperforming, being unable to lock or track anything not flying towards you is ridiculus, It’s an old design but it compensated with serious power making able to track far better than sevral radars in-game that currently outperforms it.

It had the highest killrate of any American AtA missile in testing and the only reason it didn’t shoot anything down was because it wasn’t armed correctly. However, the Aim-54 was used extensively in Iran to get over 140 kills.

Doesn’t matter. There is no proper evidence of the F-16C being able to mount sparrows. It could still carry them though in WT.
Everyone can realistically say the IRIAF shouldn’t be 13.0. It’s massively overtiered. You said it yourself. It has bad weaponry and avoinics.
It has amazing weaponry what the fuck are you smoking. iriaf shouldve never been 12.7
the f90 is its only boon compared to the f14a in the TT everything else aim9p aim7E-2 (not even F) are lack luster. iriaf doesnt even have HMD. im all for balance and yes the F90 is strong but its other weapons should be viable too

r27r is easy to spoof and is a 12.0 missile sedjeel has no IOG or DL easy to spoof

I think F-14A IRIAF owner can blame their Fakour-90 for being 13.0.
Thanks to it, the possibility of being the same BR with F-14A USN has been terminated.
That damn Phoenix with steroids is one of the key features but it also ruined the plane itself.
I am not sure they can fight against F-4F ICE. XD
But I am sure that IRIAF should’ve been higher than TT F-14A at the beginning at all.

i have hit 20km shots with the aim7f idk i like the r27r but it is limited in range far more than aim7
