That would make about 117 tiers to cater for every service vehicle. Would be completely unbalanced. Have massive gaps. Have people using vehicles from one nation while other nations might have nothing so that would be a fantastic mm could literally never get battles for some tanks as no one else has one, or has a tank no one likes to play or one tank is so much better then others that they refuse to play them. Do you even actually think about these problems? Do you even remember there is more then one game mode in this game and we have mixed battles?

You can counter a PE-8, a big heavy ass bomber with 4 things, Fighters, Twin engine CAS planes, probably a tank cannon if you’ve got skill, and any SPAA with a caliber of 20mm or higher. Also, the Pe-8 is “CAS”, barely comparable to ground on ground encounters.
