Problem is We already have another aircrafts that is identical/side grade at same BR, just like F-4J(USN), Phantom FG.1, F-4J(UK).
If you already have one of them, there is no point in playing the other variant except for backup or stats padding.
Also, current F-4S RWRs are not modeled correctly for somehow. Afaik, ALR-45F(V) is just ALR-67 without C band detects so, it should be huge upgrades from original ALR-45(V). These RWRs should be corrected ASAP, but if they are, F-4J(USN) will lose the point to play completely when both aircrafts has same BR.

Do you realize there are pros and cons to vehicles? And that for the F-4S having the con of only having rear aspect sidewinders, it has the pro of having the best radar missile setup at 12.0?

Different airframes and RWRs cannot be resolved with a decompression of about 0.3 BR, which Gaijin often does. And we know that decompression to the extent that a space of BR 1.3 or more is created basically does not happen.
Mirage F1CT has few miles better RWR from F1C/F1C-200 but, currently every Mirage F1s shares same BR and it won’t be get changed even if we gets some decompressions. Then, just makes more it unique with better loadouts to makes it counterpart of F-4EJ Kai.
If you like stacking rear-aspect missiles, just take F-4J(USN).
