ABC Ground Forces

Argentina - Brazil - Chile

The ABC concept

The ABC pact that bears the initials of the 3 countries that signed it is a non-aggression, consultation and arbitration agreement signed by the most influential and militarily powerful countries in South America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile) dating back to 1915 just after the arms race between these 3 countries. Some important events of this pact were the mediation between the conflict between Mexico and the United States in 1914 and the Peruvian-Ecuadorian conflict in 1942 where the ABC pact was again a mediator to end the conflict. To this day, these 3 countries retain their positions of influence and military power in the region, having the most capable and militarily advanced armies in South America.

Why add these countries to the game?

The ABC tree has native vehicles and unique modifications, highlighting in Argentina its Nahuel medium tank and the TAM light tanks and their variants, in Brazil we have the Tamoyo and Osorio medium tanks as well as a fairly large line of light vehicles such as the Urutu and Cascavel, finally Chile created unique variants of the Piranha family of light vehicles and unique Cardoen vehicles such as the BMS-1 Alacrán and VTP-2 Escarabajo.

These 3 countries have a lot to offer to the game and between them they complement each other perfectly, Argentina standing out in the lower ranges, Brazil with its medium and light vehicles in intermediate ranges and Chile offering tank destroyers and anti-aircraft in the higher ranges.

gooood job my friend

Tanks and planes from Brazil have a great influence from Israel, with emphasis on the Tamoyo 3 and Guarani

Not really since only the Walker Bulldogs were modified by the Belgians and even then not all Uruguayan M41’s were modified by the Belgians. Infact some M41’s that Uruguay operated were hand me downs from the Brazilian Army.

Also Uruguay used just as much or if not more vehicles & vehicle modifications that are of American, Brazilian , Argentine, German, Soviet/Russian, Israeli and even Czech origin

I understand you, but the Benelux proposal introduced the m41ur, it’s up to gaijin to decide

this is a very big +1 for me, another perfect suggestion as always, excellent job

I need a lineup with the modernized Leo 2CHL TAM 2CA2 and the Centauro II a dream team for me, very fun

I think I prefer LATAM over this, just because it can add even more unique vehicles, but this is also a very nice tree proposal.

I would prefer the full LatAm tree, as you get a wider selection of interesting vehicles by including nations like Peru, Venezuela, and Cuba, but this would be acceptable. +1

It is understandable that you think so, my intention with this suggestion is to increase the chances of something from Latam entering the game, I was inspired by the suggestion of Benelux that was added to the game in this patch as I thought that for Gaijin it would be easier and faster to add a tree with only 3 countries, either way if the entire Latam tree is added it would be great.

+1 would be nice to see these nations represented in the game someday.

Israel is still really lackluster, and I think this would really help them out given there still isn’t a single vehicle in the aviation or ground tree that isn’t Israeli. We really desperately need a sub tree and I think this might be a wonderful fit. Big ol’ +1 from me!

Regarding Israel, it can have solid ground tree even without any foreign vehicles. In the full potential ground tree can have with no problem from rank 1 to top tier 5 branches filled with all kinds of vehicles.

Where Israel really lacks is in air tree, what Israel currently has is pretty much everything it had. What is left is Rank 1 - 3, at Ranks 4 - 8 some aircrafts here and there, and of course continuation with such aircrafts as Sufa, Ra’am, Barak 2020 and Adir.

In general air tree would stay only within 3 branches as it is in game rn.

I already made the ABC aerial tree too, I just have to make the suggestion but just as this tree covers all ranges, I could give Israel several unique aircraft that have a relationship with Israel such as the Argentine Finger/Dagger, the Chilean F-5 and the Pantera and I think Brazil also has some things modernized by Israel although I am not an expert in Brazilian aircraft to mention any now. @VEIO_da_HAVAN I think you could say something about Brazilian planes modernized by Israel.

Excellent suggestion dude. As an alternative to the Latam tree, I fully support this as a sub-tree for Israel.

+100 ABC for Israel

Would love to see that someday <3

(Brazilian F-5 with python 4/5s and Derby/Derby-ERs would be amazing given Israel’s assistance in its upgrade, and a Brazilian Gripen for Israel would be hilarious lmfao.)

+1 Great suggestion mate! IMO this would present itself as a big contender for the next independent TT to be added. I had made an ABC tech tree proposal in the old forum, glad that someone made a better version of it :D

F-5EM I believe, if I’m not wrong.

I think this is basically a more “condensed” version of the LATAM tree proposal. I really like the choice of each vehicle and placement, as it has logical progression.

It’s a +1 for me, though I wonder where would the rest of LATAM go if this were to be chosen over full LATAM proposal?
