Okay, so why do ground forces have to defend themselves with tools but air players get AA support on their bases? Why aren’t pilots asked to be bailing out of their planes and spawn in AA to protect their airfield?

Forgetting air players and ground forces are the same people. Very few CAS mains and a few of them suck baaaaad at it.
A/F is not an objective, but of course easy to lock down AF or Air spawn in mid to low (if you want to).
Still the same.

No thanks. Just more thoughtful players and you don’t need to. It is easily doable, in terms of air defence even easier. I admit most players are too narrow minded but game can’t be dumbed down any further I hope.

Teamwork is not doable in terms of random teammates.
I carefully included the position mentioned by @Rhosta, thankyou very much. This involves YOU dying to that first aircraft. I point out YOU don’t need to be the victim of aerial support before something is done about it. I often see a lot of players die before CAS arrives, you not using the best tool from your lineup to allow your team to succeed is not my fault.
You are not just talking about spawning a vehicle after dying. In part it is mentioned after being defenceless, personally, from enemy air. Just keep AB in mind which PROMOTES interceptors, I just learnt from that obvious hint.
Yes it is. Cooperation and doing what you can to help pne another makes for, personally, a more enjoyable game than “just a shooter”. Each to their own of course. Teamwork is just better with Squadrons, sure, but not impossible.
I would be in favour of abandoning the AA. It would be an additional task of the own planes to protect the airfield from enemies. As a bonus, it would be an invitation for the enemy to concentrate not only on the tanks.

Of course you can’t do that before losing/giving up a vehicle. But that is not my argument about the situation.
It is more than “just spawn a plane” (as above and countless other comments). Also a different perspective since I don’t see moving to another vehicle an issue, you do aka different opinion.
But the discussion @Rhosta talks about the situation when You are in a tank and You are fighting (dying) to aircraft. If You want to talk about situation when You are not/were not in a tank when air arrived, You replied to wrong person.
Sorry but some people want to play tanks and advising them to use something else just for other people to be able to play tanks is not a good advice.
It wouldn’t matter anyways as planes do not even spawn on the airfield since they gotta get in the air quick for revenge bombing of course, nor do they have to go back to the airfield as they can just kamikaze into a tank on the ground whilst dropping the bombs at the last second to make it impossible to not get a kill.
And despite the airfield being borderline useless beyond someone dropping their entire payload and still being in the air, they still get AA protection.

Ask @Rhosta, he seems fine people chat to him. Don’t worry so much.
He can ignore advice, I am not forcing anything! He might not want to but 15 other players are open.
If it doesn’t matter why talking about it? I’m really open for any suggestions to solve CAS-issues.
They can but many players don’t wanna use the given tools.
It’s the good old “Someone else can do that”
Seems like you just believe they need to spawn AA and that it’s the solution.
Some just want to be negative is all, or drag out all conversations until the original reason is lost ☹️
