Since Israel is a very small tree, I propose adding vehicles and heavily modified foreign vehicles from the Israeli defence industry as a subtree. As there are about no nations with strong connections to israel that also have enough stuff to make a meaningful impact, i think maybe looking at adding products of the Israeli MIC could be a good solution for Israel ingame.
