I’m thinking of getting a Chinese air premium, and I can’t decide between these two. It seems the rocket nerf affected the A-5C bombing a lot, but it is still a good fighter and I don’t know if the J-7D has a good matchmaker or not.
I could also use the A-5C as CAS for my ZTZ, but I could also grind out a tech tree one with either premium.
Also, can the A-5C knock out a base with napalm now?
Yeah I believe you can even take out 2 bases with the napalm now on the A5C.
Heavily doubt, they’re pretty small fire bombs. Anyone have A-5C to test this?
get the J7D, the A5 cant take a full base anymore
J-7 that much better as a fighter at 11.0?
yeah, the roll rate on the A5 alone makes me hat flying it
I just took the a5c on a custom mission in mysterious valley. 2 incendiary bombs will take out a base.
custom match with bases? they had the health of a 10.3 match base right?
I would assume so since the layout i picked is 10.7+ only.
Take a5c for mixed or j7 for pure air.

It was always only able to take out 75% of a base, never a full one. Last patch it got fire bombs, 4 of them. 2 required per base

yeah, didnt realise it got the napalm this update, nobody talked about it
and napalm got a buff, it was glitched before

I haven’t flown mine since that patch, wasn’t a fan of the thing. However I had a conversation with someone else on discord that recently bought it and they told me about how it could get 2 bases with the new napalm.
