I remmeber when we only had early SARH missiles and everyone was so engaged in 8v8 or just reducing the number of player in air battles. Now, years later, we have insanely more performing missiles and no one talk about this anymore. Why?
Top tier is actually fun when you are fighting against 1/2 anemies. but when there is enemies everywhere, in a 40km map with everyone spawning close to each other its insufferable. You dodge a missile, but end in the path of one of the 16 enemies missile…
Playing with planes in ground battles is actually more fun than air, since you wont face 16 enemies and like 160-200 Fox3s…

would you like to see reduced amount of players in AIR-RB?
8v8 is the lowest you can reasonably have for normal gameplay. Any lower would lead to squads dominating, and would leave even more of the match outcome based on Gaijins questionable matchmaking.
Base bombing is how people stock grind or get a little extra RP with bad airframes (Su-34)
Anyone who considers multirole fighters going for bases when they cannot compete fairly against others in stock A2A config should go back to prop tier where that is actually true.
Because now I’m left off to carry a team of shitters on my own vs 6 fighters on the other side, not helped by the fact zombers tend to completely avoid PVP, sometimes literally flying by an enemy who’s stalled out that would be a free kill because turning and gunning him down would mean less time to rearm and bomb.
Almost every top tier 12v12 match I had was even shorter than 16v16. With air spawns its decided or over in 3min, 16v16 is still bad but usually takes 1 or 2 more minutes.
I like the concept of 8v8 but with the current maps it won’t fix anything. We need a major revamp in how Air Rb works.
Not only that, but standard match gain, like 2k RP for everyone with at least 50% activity because playing a game that you team decimated the enemy and you did nothing for 10min, is annoying and this happens a lot.
