8.0-8.7 Needs Fixing

There is a massive gap between nations that own the F86A/F variants and the MiG15/17 variants and ones that don’t. Gaijin thought in their infinite wisdom to downtier the meta 9.0 jets to 8.7, the meta 8.7 jets to 8.3, and the meta 8.3 jets to 8.0 and then downtier not a single minor nation jet (Swift, Javelin, Venom, Vampire, Hunter, G.91 variants, MD.450, MD.452, SMB2, A4, R2Y2, even some major nation jets like Me-163 or the Me-262C at 8.0)

They need to IDEALLY uptier every single mig15/17 variant and every single F_86 variant by 0.3 back to their original intended BRs (exceptions being Shenyang F-5 and CL13 Mk4) OR and this is less ideal, simply PUT ALL NATIONS ON PARITY and downtier the entire list of above jets by 0.3 but sometimes by up to 0.7 to fix long standing nation-bias issues.

People unfortunately only care about top tier, or WWII BRs. I’ve noticed there is very little discussion/enthusiasm for rank V-VI, which is a shame.

Once you’re at the BRs that have ATGMs from helicopters that outrange your SPAAs, the tankers aren’t so much playing anymore. (Except those that are so interested in top tanks that they’re learning to fly, or spending to get the Pantsir or Otto.

More like ppl adapted to the gamemode wanting you to have other lines done in air/heli and some ppl didnt

Too bad French would still suffer even if all old 9.0s moved down to 8.7 because Vautour IIA lost airspawn.

Not everyone wants to fly. There isn’t a military in our world that requires tankers to pilot a plane.

Yeah I agree with that. Since the MiG-15Bis is now 8.3 I think it’s fair that stuff like the Swift goes down… there’s no reason for it to be at either 8.3 or 8.7 considering the MiG has such a massive advantage

This discussion seems to be pretty much reserved for discussing korean war and other early jets, not tank battles.

Nowhere in the OP were any tanks or ground battles mentioned.

Me as well but I know full well they would rather uptier the Swifts than return the MiG-15 and Sabres to their proper BRs

??? The me163 is already 8.0 and isnt overpowered. The 20mm variant should just be brought in parity.

He literally just copy pasted what everyone else said in a sad attempt to get confirmation from others. Anything he comes up with on his own is absolutely insane.

e.g saying A-10C should be higher bc it faces overtiered planes.
