I am just gonna copy-paste what I already wrote prior;
2S38 is still the best utility platform in the game by a far margin.
(quite literally the best gun-based AA despite not being classed as AA, while also being multi-role capable)

All light tanks are glass cannons. But now compare 2S38 firepower to literally anything else. Especially the puma as the only other remote turret AFV iirc

I cant fathom using light mode nowadays, especially with most webpages being optimised for phones which all use OLED now

I’ve grinded several other factions and never really noticed 2S38 to be a threat either to me or to balance.

Until you meet M247 that shits on 2S38’s AA ability while being almost two full BRs lower lol.

the 2S38 is not very good, the only thing about it is the ability to spam fire and pray. (works 80% of the time if enemy doent look at you). everything else about it isnt good. literally. ave MBTs accelrate faster than it and some have higher top speeds, its got terrible gun depression, no armour, and its EXREMELY tall. i dont agree with this BR move.
Compare it to the strf 9040. Not even a close comparison. the 2s38 is OP.
tthe strf 9040 has ATGMs!! and its also part of the tech tree while the 2S38 is for people who dont want to play free
The BILL does, the strf 9040c doesn’t. 170 pen 40mm with 26 round ammo rack that reloads incredibly slowly.

the 2S38 fires every 0.5s while that fires every 0.2s! 5 times a second!
And the 57mm has far better postpen and aphe vs light targets, combined with a far better prox round for helis. 26 round ammo rack means firing for more than 5s gives you a ~45s reload. You also get over 50 pen advantage, which is truly game changing. Going up 20 pen with an autocannon is usually a br jump, going up 50 for nothing? Yeah… no one is buying it.

A mention of it and you think the entire thread is devoted to it? Again, neither my post nor anything in it is related to the bagel. The bagel has been upteired many times already, it is fine where its at. It doesn’t have a 224 pen dart and has to fight vs russian armor in most of its games, where autocannons are less effective.
