16v16 is too much for air rb

People bunch up because 32 R27ER is too much to handle, as a singular unit, in a formation it’s going to help the player so much. reduce the player count and the need to bunch up will disappear.

People bunch up because if you don’t you’ll get ganked by 8 plane, reduce the match count to 10v10 there will be a more balanced spread of player in the map.

You have reduced it to 24 R27ER. The same amount if R27ER per player. Armaments wise nothing has changed.

Yeah the absolute maximum blob size is reduced. The same furbal will form tho. Except now players will be closer together as outlined previously by me.

the furball isn’t the problem. it’s the fact that the furball size is absolutely unmanageable. I can take 8v8 because the blob volume is smaller, that’s all.

there’s no need to change everything when there’s literally only 1 problem.

Ah ok so you arent interested in affecting how people spread out by giving them incentives to do so. You just want a slightly smaller furball

The incentives will be badly implemented and centered around hitting ground unit, don’t bother

TBD, good incentives have been implemented recently and has overall had a good effect of Air RB matches

It would be centered around giving people places to go to that isn’t a trenchline in the middle of the map. You dont care about the ground targets, but you know people will be there, as such you have incentives to go to these places.

Reality is the only one who’d go to these “ground target” is a ground attacker.

Put another bomb site, people will come there.

But a clutter of tanks and pillboxes won’t change shit.

It does tho as seen by how people play on EC style maps.

Yes, that would be another place people would be incentivised to go. Its also why EC style maps have more spread out players as the bomt targets arent all basically right next to the center trenchline of most maps.

They don’t, they just move to the nearest bomb target, do you even get EC map anymore? they literally move to the nearest 2 - 3 bomb target. there is a reason why I can bomb 3 bases at EC map and that’s because, I move to the furthest base in the map and bomb the subsequent unbombed base as I make my way back to my airfield to rearm and refuel.

i recently unlocked JA37D and didn’t even play more then 10 games be cause honestly ,Up tiers,16V16 is just too much for someone to handle against stuff like Aim9M’s and RB73’s in a 16v16 situation. ARB needs to be reworked for rank 7-8 jets talking from 11.0-12.3,it’s just a mess and not to mention the fact that aim120 will soon be dropped.

They are in the map rotation. As such you get them very rarely.

But then you move on to show yourself spreading yourself out going after bombtargets:

No it doesn’t, i’m the only one who moves to that further edge of the base, i’m not the norm, i’m the exception.

6v6 sounds good to me.

It becomes even better when you’re in a stock vehicle (like the F-16AJ) and have to use 9Ps lmao. 16v16 on the current maps has been such a garbage change ever since it was a thing and the fact it’s still around is atrocious.

Just did and voted for 10v10. IMO 8v8 is a little too low, especially for top tier where some of the maps become quite big. I’m fine with both but a mix of 10v10 or 8v8 would be fine with me and would definitely be a massive improvement over 16v16.

If they were to actually ever do 8v8, I hope the rewards are adjusted accordingly.
