Like you guys have see, the 96 has the better 3BM42, same armor, same mobility as the T-72A. What keep it in 9.7?
Its slightly slower and Has less survivability I guess that lower front plate is extremely open on the ztz.

and even if it did an extra 22m of pen alone doesnt make enough difference for a br change
slower top speed but better reverse, survivability is somewhat the same as T-72A, alone the lower front plate shouldnt be afftect the BR
