YaK-9K: Remove it's APHE belt or move it up to 5.7 in GRB

Look man if you want to keep glazing these ridiculously overpowered things that’s fine but you shouldn’t pretend that they’re not broken.

Ships that blow everything else out of the water in firepower and protection, aircraft with very good flight performance and a ridiculously overperforming APHE round with a magic laser cannon are stupid strong and shouldn’t be difficult for people with a few games of playing against them to identify the reasons why.

Another person who doesn’t understand naval… and says the most ridiculous things to make it sound magic.
The current wr is higher in the HMS vanguard than the SovetSky btw

Well guess what, I am that type of Yak9-K player who plays low-tier on purpose and rushes in with a light tank to get kills and after that I hop into my Yak9-k. And guess what happens next, I have at least 6 ground kills with it. I bully the enemy until I get shot down or crash into a tree. And you cannot do anything about it ;)

(First time ragebaiting, kinda nervous)

Yes, you don’t understand at all and it’s blatantly obvious. Like the majority of statistics pullers, you lack the critical thinking and additional context to determine why the stats for one lower BR ship is higher than an objectively stronger one at higher BR.

That’s a a pretty big biased mirror you’re looking into.

You can’t just say something is broken, without providing how. You haven’t shown any proof that it’s over preforming or anything

And you’ve provided even less to back up your claims that “everything is fine and balanced now”. Gameplay experience is an acceptable litmus test on if something is balanced or deserves a nerf.

Statistics, on the other hand; require context and proper interpretation to actually understand. Neither of which you provide or bother to even look for.

It is no less fake than the Panther 2 which exists in the game.

So magically your experience trumps mine… when you have no experience. the sheep flock and like the herders post, but not even the herder knows what he is talking about.

I don’t have to prove anything you’re the one trying to prove this vehicle is OP and the reason you won’t post the stats is because are you are completely wrong.

Tell me what this photo proves.

Holy shit, a 10:1 K/D?

Holy shit, the Iowa and the Bismarck have a ground kill?

Tf is going on at top tier naval lmao

Apparently something I’m not seeing lol

So says the one who wants everyone to pretend these well known overpowered ships and aircraft are fine. Your chart btw, literally furthers my point. If you knew how to interpret it, maybe you wouldn’t be adamantly trying to claim things are fine and balanced.

Soyuz, has +2 kills per every death relative to all the others and is approaching 3 kills per spawn while the rest are all around 2 kills per spawn. Soyuz, despite being from a fairly poor navy in terms of reputation (gained from their actions irl) also has the highest number of battles played for their BR, only slightly behind the meme queen Bismarck that has Wehraboo bias, Sabaton memers AND anime brainrot boosting her popularity.

Now let’s interpret what these mean. Higher kill to death and kill to spawn ratio means Soyuz doesn’t die often and tends to bully the other same BR ships. Higher number of battles means that despite being from an objectively unpopular navy, the ship is so strong that nobody else wants to play against it, so it eclipses the others in battles played. The only actual same BR ship in the comparison is Iowa, and she’s so far below Soyuz that even being the best actual ship that sailed under her own power, in a very good navy that fired her guns in anger isn’t enough to make players want to play.

“What about the win rate?” What about it? Soyuz fights itself now. Nobody wants to fight it, so the ship is approaching a 50/50 winrate because it no longer gets to freely bully all the other 8.7 to 7.7 ships and has to fight a competitive enemy.

A vehicle that literally pushes out everyone else from being so ridiculously (and ahistorically) overtuned will paradoxically “seem balanced” to laymen who can’t read or use critical thinking to look at what the numbers mean.

  • I am so glad you fell for the trap. you have no idea how naval kills work and you just proved it NAVAL counts Ai kills as PLAYER kills. In total in my SovetSky I have only about 12-18 kills on players.
  • 50/50 win rate means a well balanced game.
  • I’ve died more times to the German Genisenai (can’t remember how tf to spell it) than anything in the SovetSky, because those players were actively trying to kill me. I usually expert brand new vehicles like that once I get them to get ahead. And therefore it worked. Most matches, people left each other alone and killed Ai and relaxed, had fun, enjoyed the gameplay.

So no, your still totally wrong.

Your “gotcha” isn’t that much of anything, and you would understand that if you could think critically.

Don’t you wonder why is it that Soyuz gets more kills on both players and bots?

Why is it that despite everyone else fighting the same ratio of people and computers, one ship stands far above the others? Could it be that this one ship is just so much better at dealing with any obstacle that prevents you from farming (other players and the occasional bot shooting HE) that it hoovers up kills on everything faster than all the others? No way, the only different variable is the ship and it changes the result massively upward for players playing it!

50/50 when the matchup is literally a mirror, because nobody else can come close to your hilariously overpowered ship so they don’t bother playing anything else. I bet you think fighting games should just have one character for balance, right? After all it’s fine when a large part of the game isn’t playable because it just always loses to the thing that beats everything, including itself. All those other things in the game aren’t relevant when this one thing will eventually have a 50/50 winrate and 1.0 kd ratio from fighting itself and only itself. That’s not balanced, it’s the opposite. Learn to read the post fully. Don’t use stats if you can’t properly interpret them.

Complete actual unironic skill issue. You can ignore that ship with a slight angle and instantly detonate their magazine with a single salvo. No wonder you think the best ship in the game without equal is fine when you’re incapable of performing without your hands being held by the devs.

Dying to anything short a huge bomb while in Soyuz is 100% your own failure to manage your ship and position. That ship has all the tools to literally farm for max stats and gain a kd ratio of 10+ against ships. Easily.

Speak for yourself, ‘does not understand statistics’ guy.

You’re the only one who wants to say exclusive domination by one option in a sea of many others (supposedly as powerful as the outlier) is fair to all those who didn’t pick the strongest (and your favorite, clearly).

TL;DR

You can continue to be wrong and biased all you like, it just goes to show.

So says “i don’t understand stats or have the attention span to read more than two lines” guy.

No, I said I don’t care, and you clearly don’t care about logic, stats, experiences or anything.

Why would I put effort into listening to a biased individual when someone like myself with a balanced perspective isn’t being listened to by the guy claiming “RUSSIAN BIAS” practically. Or literally.

So says the person who is incapable of reading and refuses to engage with reality.

It’s not that hard to rmemebr Gneisenau

Also please go discuss ships somewhere else. This is supposed to be a yak 9 thread. You have been talking about ships the last few days.

These guys are trying derail the topic forcing the moderators to shut it down.

I don’t think that is their plan. They just forget this is not about ships and got too invested in their little argument.
