Can someone enlighten me why these 2 planes are at the same BR in ground battles?

How does Gaijin really come up with this?
They are at least 40 years apart, Yak-130 has better flight characteristics plus better loadout.
SPAA missiles can’t keep with it either, with IRCCM or not. WTF!
Because year doesnt matter. You have 1980s howitzers killing 1940s tanks in GRB. Or 2000s at 7.7 killing early 1950 and late 1940 tanks.
Wikipedia, classic
Because their not at the same br, Yak-130 is 9.0 and A-4E is 9.3
Yak-130 lacks any sort of countermeasures or missiles, unlike A-4E
A-4E has 2x Walleyes, and 3x Bullpups which can be aimed from extreme ranges in the Walleye camera, and flares/chaff
Yak-130 has 4x KAB-500Kr’s which aren’t as good as Walleyes, and no countermeasures, no RWR.
Overall, the A-4E is still the better attacker, and the Yak the better fighter
Also,VIDAR as example is from 2018 on 7.7. The other things there such as T-54 are from 1947 and around that. So you can see,the year is irrelevant. Besides Yak and Skyhawk are both subsonic, but unlike Yak,the Skyhawk have flares so its actually better.
Yes, and this should change.
I wish these battle ratings would reflect the realities of the history and battlefield a little bit. +/- 10 years somehow.
If I was in 1950s I would not be able to find an Yak-130 for at least 50 years right?
Yet, I could be in 2000s and still find an A-4E if I really want to … I mean, here is Russia throwing into battles T62’s in year 2024+
Its not going to change. You wont be killing M4A1s with KT and watch them struggle to pen you. Some nations like Sweden would become unplayable. They used their rank I and II tanks on low BRs in 1970s, their 2.3 SPAA is 1970s again.
From what i experienced “RECENTLY” Yak 130 seems to have much better success at using those 4 KABs all at once killing 3-4 targets for sure in one dive. Yet, rarely you get a proper lock on a moving target with the walleye … or with both.
To get a proper moving target lock you must be pretty close, most of the times not able to lock both in one dive like that. Stationary targets is fine.
Walleye also got MITL now so its even better than the KAB.
They have identical lock ranges. The difference is the massive glide potential of the walleyes, KABs drop like stones
Well you can throw any missiles at it and won’t catch it … With type 93 i manage so rarely to get a hit. Is managing to escape without even much effort … .almost seems like they nerfed the Type91 missiles somehow recently?
Unchanged
MiG-21 vs F-15 lessgooo
It is in ground rb as i mentioned
only the ER/DL ones
If year dictated br, the PBV 301 would have to play SPAA against early F-5s
Well, the WW2 destroyer is about to face a battleship that they are no match against.
I don’t agree, this would only result in many vehicles never being played because they would be extremely outmatched by the opponents, this in turn would result in everyone wanting to play the overpowered vehicles. This would then result in horrendous queue times for very short matches where the overpowered team wins in like 2 minutes every time.
Does it? or will it? Where is it saying that?
