Yes, and they’re all broken. You should not be able to use 37mm APHE and instantly kill a T95 frontally at range through its cupolas because of APHE being super mega overtuned.

No I just want the buff reverted on the 341, or for them to fix small caliber APHE overperforming.

Volumetric needs to be applied to sub 57mm rounds and the bugs that allow overpressure through armour need to be fixed. And that should have happened BEFORE Gaijin started flooding the game with vehicles that can exploit those bugs. This whole “It’s fine because other things can do it too” is an idiotic argument, ALL those things need fixing.

That’s why I love the gepard. Kills planes and helicopters, great! The more pain for cas spammers, the better. To avoid this, maybe spawn in a tank in ground battles (ik it’s revolutionary). U can also machine gun if you play a tank cuz the gepard has no armour, and it doesn’t have a great ammo load.

This implies it’s fair against ground, which isn’t true either since currently low caliber APHE is overperforming massively and causing massive damage. This combined with the buggy survivability of the SPAA like the gepard (the gepard isn’t the biggest offender here but it does survive quirky things often enough to be annoying, with its much more annoying xm246 or other spaa being worse about this) makes it very tedious to deal with and actually has turned these spaa into far more competitive vehicles regarding purely ground gameplay than they really should be.

Uptierung it wouldnt change a thing. Higher BR = more light and medium armor, there are no more Maus Aquivalents in heavy armor.

Yeah, the aphe is a problem. There are some balancing issues with aphe and hesh, pray the mods see this forum and actually do something

It’s spaa… it becomes a mid “anti tank” spaa and fails to do spaa duties.

Also, there are a TON of armored 6.7-7.7s.

Which it already partly sees, but there isnt more that it cant already see in terms of ground targets. I didnt say i want to see it rise, but that was an argument of some, which is simply wrong as it wont “help” (nerf) it against ground targets. Its fine where it is.

120MM heat to the under section of the radar and only hitting the turret ring comes to mind.

I’m using mine in my 7.7 Maus deck - it melts all the IFVs and there are still enough props around for it to be decent at AA when you get the occasional idiot flying low and slow or trying to strafe you.

Ah yes the undertiered “suffering” BMP-3 should be higher along with the BMD 4

I suppose the T-10M can’t fight if it cannot see and would be a mission kill as the crew can no longer fight. A Legitimate tactic destroying optics

This game is completely dead. Constant SPAA spam. In 8.3 there isn’t any other tanks anymore, people are just spamming SPAA, because they are better killing tanks tank actual tanks. AP rounds needs to be removed from SPAA:

its comes down a lot to spacial awareness.
The people using spaas like ifvs, is still just that ifvs.
You just need to play against it knowing how they work, like looking at your flanks

The issue is that the Gepard can frontally kill tanks, for example the T-72s. Just shoot the top of the turret to easy kills.

If it was just getting out flanked, there wouldn’t be any issue.

Thats not gepard specific.
Ifvs, mbts can overpressure from the top as well.

Fact id those spaa are needed for air defence. And those ammunition are used in real life as well

Heck grpard1a2 is already artificialy nerfed and doesnt get its full belt FAPDS round

Gonna agree here.
As much as I want to knock the gepard, a damn xm800T over pressured/ managed to pen the front of my M60A3 TTS turret snd kill the full crew.

Generally right now i think most extemely fast firing auto cannons in game over perform, not in the context of not being realistical , to an extent.

However in the context that a 20mm round shouldn’t pass clean through an MBT specifically designed to take hits from 100mm cannons.

Its the games engine not being suitable for it.
It’s likely why slower firing auto cannons in general aren’t pulling off as many obscene shots.

Though I do ask, do you believe the PGZ moving to 9.0 is fair? Isn’t it basically a slower gepard / type 87
