Saying worse its wrong
For the same nation counterparts MBTs at the same br,you might get high caliber cannon but thats really it
The armor of both XM803 and MBT-70 its insanely bad for being an MBT,anything lower or up can easly on tap you by shooting the turret cheeks,which its something it would never happen in an Abrams turret,they have to shoot the same spot you shoot any other top tier MBT which not everyone knows about
The only 9.3 MBT i can say performs overall good when its used by a decent player its the T72M1 (Which means shoving the USSR version too)
The armor it has makes able to not be punished by a single mistake,which its something that happends quite a lot with the US MBTs i said before
Dont get me wrong,ive used them both,i know how to play them,did multiple nukes in the XM803 and MBT70 plays the same way but the room for mistake its legit 0
You cant hull down,you cant really use your composite armor on the hull cause…the turret its the first thing people will see
the XM1 does have an abrams turret,just cause its not used on the mass produced MBTs doesnt mean it isnt
The Xm1 its the first proto of the tank we know now as Abrams
Sure it cannot be 1000% the same cause it was a proto but in theory still an Abrams turret
The Xm1 has faster reload speed and still packs a good punch on anything that the same nation MBTs
You cant tell me you will perfom worse in a XM1 than both XM or MBT70 in a hull down OR hard pushing
Cause overall if you play the same in all these 3 by definition the XM1 its better overall

The only thing i can see “worse” its the cannon caliber and missing a few mm of pen from the round which aint a lot to be actual something you should worry about
The Xm803 which has more “armor” on the turret aint really that much good since its literally a flat surface,while the XM1 its angled one which darts should struggle
Both tech tree MBTs have only night vision meanwhile the XM1 has thermal
Both tech tree MBTs have 7.5 second reload meanwhile the XM1 have like 6.7 speed reload
Sure you can argue about them having an autoloader so meaning,if you get hit and someone injured you still retain the same speed of reload but you have the biggest autoloading system known to man which tends to get hit a decent amount of times
The M1A1 its legit an upgraded version of the XM1 ofc thats it as anything that start with X in the US names are “EXPERIMENTAL” for a reason
Its overall still an abrams turret since the one that the M1A1 uses its the upgraded version of the XM1 one
XM1 Reload is not fast.
Its quite faster than the tech tree variants
M735 is one of the worst darts in the game.
By just reading stats cards it looks better
The only thing so far that can be useful its having smoke nades making you able to bail out from some situations which the XM1 lacks compared to the tech tree MBTs variants
That’s not how it works, because the entire tanks overall design is different. You can’t say the M4A1 and Jumbo have the same turret when that clearly is not the case. It’s a prototype/concept of the Abrams, and its development led to the Abrams, but it is not an Abrams. It is General Motors or Chryslers design proposal which led to the Abrams.
This is coming from someone who has 700 battles in it, and I don’t think it should be 9.7. It’s good, but it’s missing several features that prevent it from going higher.

reload speed is one of the few accurate stats on statcards, other stats are often fully false. You have to find stats through people’s testing or online charts

Again, you haven’t done this yet, compare it directly to other 9.3s (by going into the garage and doing so yourself, by looking at the details, not by using statcards) and you’ll find all it has is mobility which tanks like kpz70 also have
