The engine fitted on the IAR-93B seems to be the wrong engine. From my own reaschers I found that it used the Viper Mk 633-47 engines and not the Viper Mk 633-41 engines. The Viper Mk 633-41 was fitted to the IAR-93A/MB and J-22B, but it was not on the B variant.
In the images below you can see the IAR-93B uses the Viper 633-47 engines.
