Like SPAA line for every nation and dozens of Fighter aircrafts. This would fix it. Too bad there are only tanks and cas airplanes.
Too bad You can’t transform Your vechicle into SPAA/Air as You are driving a tank and have to die in order to be able to fight back.

Friendly in SPAA or fighter can protect you. Or you can protect your team. Everyone cry about nonexisting team play and when they have opportunity to help team they rather want to remove whole part of gamemode xD

No one wants to remove any part of the gamemode.
The only place people can play tanks is ground RB, that is why they play them. Unbalance comes when they can’t do anything about something as they can’t do anything about plane attacking them. That is what people don’t like and about what have a problem.

Does it matter if die to enemy airplane or enemy tank? Dont act like airplanes are only thing killing you in grb xD
If I die to a tank that is my own fault as I could do something about it. When I die to aircraft it is mostly because I couldn’t.

What if enemy team flank you from behind? Can you do something about it? Its pretty much “well fuck” situation.

No you cant. If tank(s) appear behind you because your team let them flank you its pretty much insta kill.
Same as if nobody from your team spawn SPAA to protect you from airplanes.
I can. That is a difference. I have the same chance of shooting him as he has shooting at me. By looking at the minimap You will know if someone can appear behind You or not.
Enemy tank appear behind you. You are not facing him because he is behind you. He is behind you.
Your chance to kill him is like 1% if he fuck up his shot.
By seeing the situation on the minimap You will know if someone can be behind You or not. By placing yourself in a sitatuion that someone from behind can shoot You, You need to be aware of that. As I said when You are in a tank You can always do something about the other tank. When You are in a tank and someone will come in a plane You can’t really do anything about it.
How do I feel about CAS in War-Thunder? It´s simply too much. Sometimes the sky´s just humming, and to be honest, if I wish to play a bee-keeping simulation I´d look for a bee-keeping simulation. I´d like to throw in another idea: Spawn-areas where the player klicks the spot to spawn on. With obstacle-check or a via a very dense grid of predetermined spawn-points extending basically over the whole “friendly” map-side could end the quick death-issue after spawning.
The best solution would be to allow players to despawn their ground units in spawn areas (which should have an option to repair and rear tanks) as air units can on airfield.

I can see the situation on the minimap and see what tank is killing what.
How can you tell from minimap there are enemy tanks flanking you? You cant.
You can.
Just see where Your team is, where Your team dies. By knowing the direction and position of the teammates You can even make an assumption on from where the enemy shoot.
Experience is everything in this game. After 60k battles I know what I need to.
What if you are first guy who get killed by flanking tank? Whats your minimap saying about that?
Then it is my fault for not noticing that someone was flanking/making myself visible for a person who was flanking.
