I feel the discrepancy between that which you link, and thunderskill is actually really questionable as to why their formula is more statshaming than actual stats…
For whatever reason, that other website (statshark.net) values players much, much lower than thunderskill does.

I have no clue what statshark thinks slightly above average play is only worth 24%, and I also know it values winrate much more than it should be valued.
When mostly average gameplay is displayed as bad, then I’m inclined to say it is doing more statshaming than needed.
