Are there any dedicated German light tanks? Not like giant APCs like the Lynx or the Puma who happen to have a cannon… but more low profile (save for the Wiesel)

well light tanks with cannons would be boxer (normal and tracked ) with 120mm cannon, KF41 120mm cannon those are propably what you are looking for , notable the boxers have a unmanned turret and spike launcher
