Even externally it only marginally resembles Leo 2, let alone the internals being different…
Among these I suppose the only one that isn’t a bus is the Lynx 120… Hope we get all three though.
Leopard 1A3:
Upgraded model of the Leopard 1. Features twin-plane stabilizer and a new angular turret. The turret has the same LoS thickness as the Leopard 1A2 (and A1A1) but is slightly more effective because of its higher angles. While it did eventually use DM23, I’d like to see it with DM13 only and at 8.3.
Leopard 2A1:
Early model of the Leopard 2. Essentially identical to the 2A4, but with the thinner spaced armour found on the 2AV instead of the 2A4’s more effective composite. Unlike the Leopard 2A0 found in other suggestions, the 2A1 has a gunner’s thermal sight. 10.0.
PT-76 (1957) and PT-76B:
PT-76s. PT-76 (1957) is identical to the PT-76B except for lacking the stabilizer. 5.0 and 5.3.
Sd.Kfz.10 mit 5cm L/60 PaK38:
Field modification of Sd.Kfz.10 light half-track to carry 50mm L/60 PaK 38 cannon. 2.0.
Sd.Kfz.124 Wespe:
Germany’s most produced SPG of WWII. Open-topped, minimally-armoured superstructure on a Panzer II F chassis. Armed with the punchy leFH 18 found on the StuH 42 G. 2.3.
Fw 190F-2:
Ground-attack Fw 190 based on the Fw 190A-5/U2. Can carry a single bomb of up to 1000kg. 4.0.
StuG IV:
Stug III G (late) superstructure on Panzer IV hull. Literally promised in the initial TT preview before ground battles were released. 4.0.
Pz. Sfl. IVb:
SPG based on the Panzer IV. Equipped with a leFH 18 in a lightly-armoured, open-topped turret. 2.7.
Panther A FG1250:
Panther A with FG1250 NVD found on Panther II. Could make for a very interesting 6.0 premium.
Tiger II (105) Production:
Tiger II (105) but fixed to be actually possible as the vehicle was intended. Nerf depression into the ground, remove rangefinder, add vertical stabilizer. Paper vehicle, sure, but that’s nothing new for WT and it’s dam cool. 7.0 premium pack.
Ju 86D-1:
Early-war heavy bomber. Essentially identical to the Swedish B3C (aka Ju 86K-4). 1.3.
MiG-23ML:
Germany operated a number of MiG-23MLs alongside the MLAs. Germany should have received those instead of the anemic LanceR for their top premium IMO, with the Soviets getting another variant of the MiG-23 (23P perhaps). Oh well.
F-4F ICE LA:
Second phase of the F-4F ICE program. These aircraft were fitted with improved avionics, most notably a new RWR. However, they retained the original radar and therefore were not yet capable of firing AMRAAMs. A2A armament consists of 4x AIM-9L(I)-1s, AIM-9Ls upgraded to AIM-9M standard. 12.0.
actualy in that case the boxers should be smaller, remember the turret is unmanned, its quite flat
isnt this the E-75?
It’s even more paper
No, this was a proposed upgrade to the Tiger II. The E75, while sharing many design similarities with the Tiger II, was an entirely new vehicle. Among other things, the E75 was intended to have much improved hull armour.
oh so this was another proposal entirely…
wow…
while looking trough your list, you can add the wheeled boxer 120mm cannon as well, added a picutre
and delete Ruag 2a4, that one doesnt exist is only a mock up
Back in the late 1980s, NATO countries were looking for ways to deal with new soviet tanks. The preferred solution was generally outgunning the enemy, so they opted for massive 140mm guns. NATO members such as the US, Germany, France and Britain developed their own models of the gun. The Swiss, as they were not part of NATO, didn’t have access to the 140mm research and took it upon themselves to develop their own gun using the Leopard 2A4 (Pz. 87) as the base.
Equipped with the RUAG 140mm gun and autoloader, it’s KE round could supposedly pierce up to 1000mm of RHA.
aight
sadge…
oh seriously
Damn.
@Armen_Lozone if you understand german, that is the sign of the museum where the “prototype” is standing
devastating news lol
eh we got the evolution and revolution series as well as the advanced technology demonstrator those actualy exist
id like to add those…
revolution?
atd you already added
