The idea of suicide weapons is probably off the table.

no drone version for this one I meant other flying unmanned vehicles Gaijin adding more drones I also just realized that gaijin has so much left to add even after 5th gen

While I think adding a G4M with the Ohka manually flown by the player would be downright hilarious and one of the most flavorful additions to War Thunder in years, at something like 6.x-7.x BR, it’s almost certainly not happening, especially since its warhead is SAP and the thing was well known to have extreme compressibility issues, so it actually might be hard to use.
If I was in charge of Gaijin this thing would be getting added as a squadron vehicle in the next major update.
The motorjet-powered interceptor version with guns might be a possibility though.

the problem is that there are 2 mentions of it, we don’t even know if it used ho-5s or Type 99s

As a late war navy aircraft, it most likely would have used Type 99 model 2s
It can be added the same way as the V-1, as an AI plane usable for the CDK client and user missions/custom battles:
A suicide plane should not be playable.
These should serve as targets and nothing else.

Actually, we can add Ohka by simply make it work like MITL (literally has a man in the loop) AGMs. We play as the G4M2 and carry Ohka as the AGM with MITL function. Or have the crew switch work like tanks with drones or boats with scout planes.
I don’t see why tho? Enlisted has suicide weapons and the player actually dies from the blast what difference would Ohka be?
I think they can darken the cockpit and prevent cockpit view and then guide them in with similar man in the loop mechanic as a rocket bomb/ASM
