Other early F/A-18C can carry the HARM, considering theSwiss one can carry also all other A/G ordnance we don’t even have IRL, I see not why that particulaar weapon should be excluded…

Then make a bug report that the vehicle is lacking the weapon with a manual/primary doc showing that the hornet is compatible and see what the devs say

As it stands right now the Finnish F-18C is the same BR as the US model which has HMD which is fairly useful for selecting targets in a pinch. My suggestion is to give the F-18C the MLU 1 upgrades for HMD and IFF (if necessary skip IFF, the vehicle isnt even historically accurate anyways so why be bothered now) this would give Finland a decent and on par option to the US F/A-18/C Late on the US which also has access to A2G.
